Chattanooga Suggestions

Posted by LadyRedElephant on 3/26/11 at 8:07 pm
Going for a girls weekend in Chattanooga. Anybody have any suggestions on where to eat/nightlife? (random place, I know, but we have to go there!)
Has anyone every ordered crawfish/crawfish tails/boudin for delivery to another state? Thanks to the wonders of google, I know you can do this. Got any recommendations on where to order from?

Birthday Dinner Menu Suggestions

Posted by LadyRedElephant on 3/15/11 at 7:43 pm
Tomorrow is my boyfriend's birthday, so I'm trying to plan an extra special dinner. I need some suggestions! I'm looking for something that's not going to take too terribly long, since it is the middle of the work week. We're not picky eaters. TIA!

Not a pizza, but try the sesame ginger chicken dumplings appetizer. SOOOOO good!

And I've never had a bad pizza from there.

I've had a fried egg on a burger, too. It was delicious, but you definitely couldn't have one of those all the time!

I don't think I have ever experienced such a high followed by such a freaking low low in my entire life.

I also don't expect you to understand that this is not socially acceptable.

You clearly have not been to as many UT games as I have. Last year alone, I saw 5 women wearing their overalls and wife beaters and pigtails (they were most definitely in their 40s) standing in a group at a bar before the game. Saw one old dude with these sweet hand painted ones that you could tell he spent a lot of time on. White with orange paint.

You have to admit the color is a bit atrocious.

What is the point of you saying this twice? I can read, which I know is shocking to you.

Not starting, just pointing out facts. Get over Rammer Jammer, it is not going away. Deal with it.

It's also ridiculous to wear creamsicle orange overalls and wife-beaters, but do you see us starting a million threads about yall?

This burger uses it as a condiment. Just a plain burger, on a bun, with some peanut butter.

I'm a fan of using "sweet" things in savory dishes, myself. And not stupid commentary at all-very interesting!
