Shower Head Recommendations

I'm looking for a shower head that has some oomf...something short of a pressure washer.
I had a Waterpik I got from Costco. I was able to take aerator out of it and it was awesome...stinging spray. Hard water killed it. I can't find the same model. I tried another Waterpik, took the aerator out, but it must have had two...nothing more than tap water flow. My wife bought a Kohler. Terrible with no way of getting to aerator.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s pretty disgusting that Michael Strahan was so incredulous that LSU dismissed Brooks’ condition as vertigo when that is exactly what he just explained on the self-serving documentary airing now on ABC.
