I don’t understand that play call.

4th grade. Teacher put the news on before the 2nd plane had hit, and told us we would watch if everyone would quietly do their morning assignment.

Had to take some papers to the admin office and got there just after the 2nd plane, principal was telling others in the room to start telling teachers to turn it off. Most of the morning we just were kept in our rooms. Didn't know at the time but the school was in full lockdown and local PD was at the doors. That afternoon they got our whole grade together in two adjacent rooms and we listened to Bush speak. We were kids so of course some of us were claiming it was China or Russia lol.

My parents picked us up finally, and I remember the gas stations all had lines. I asked my dad what happened and why. He didn't say much for a moment before finally saying "There are people on the other side of the world who hate us and they wanted to kill a lot of people today.". Spent the evening at home watching the news and finally seeing everything that had happened while we were at school.

Agree vecna final battle was too easy.

My other complaint. They kill dozens of US troops get caught coming back out. Evil doc lady doesn’t get eleven. Would imagine they would all get punished but we never get an explanation why none of them are imprisoned or executed? Like the military just said ah damn guess we take the L on this one?
