Talking about a coach that has had his team ranked in the top 10 in the nation in EVERY single year he has been at lsu, and stands a great shot at finishing in the top 10 for the 4th time. A coach that has THREE top 5 finishes, a NC, two outright West titles and one shared west Title, a 2-0 bcs record, a 4-1 overall bowl record, and is poised to become on the 5th coach in SEC History to have four 11 win seasons...lmao....and you got a program that hasn't even come close to competing for a

People like me, who think 10-2 is very good, as is 61-17, probably dive deeper into the overall team performance than people like you only looking to point out negatives. While LSU is struggling on offense, they are very good on defense and special teams, period. The two schools of thought are like this. The realistic ones who appreciate 10-2 realize we have a lot of room for improvement, and with the right moves lsu just may continue to improve for the third year in a row and have a VERY SPECIAL year next year...they appreciate what it took to get to 10-2 this year given the schedule and the offensive woes.
the other school focuses only on the negative, ignores the record, ignores the positive improvement on d the last two years, and the strong special team play....they only want to focus on the negative and try and blame any and everyone in sight, and complain about not being a factor in the sec anymore, and a program on decline, and the 90th ranked offense.....pretty fricking sad to live a negative life like that...

he has no credibility already obviously you know that.......saban had a very subpar year in his third year at lsu, followed by an underachieving year in 2004.....it wasn't like he took over a program at alabama with no talent....the team he took over had numerous future pro players on it...and losing to ulm was inexcusable....
meyer this year got dominated by a team in alabama that lsu beat, and then lost to a team (miss state) that lsu beat by 20+....then lost by 20+ to fla state.....they are absolutely loaded with talent, but without tebow and mullen, they aren't near the same team...despite that, meyer has been a florida 6 years and miles has been at lsu six year...i believe meyer has 2 more total victories.....and that is with one of the greatest college qb's of all time for 4 years in the six years.....
he trys to spin bama by saying they beat arky and beat tenn badly.....yet lsu beat them....lol....i had forgotten about this kid...i assure you he would blow saban if given the opportunity, and he wouldn't think twice. What's funny is miles is 3-3 vs meyer and 2-2 vs saban....lol......but this guy is on their jock like sweat.......he is probably an alter for bama...but how sad to spend your days posting so much...

no kid, i've just gained enough wisdom in my life to realize i don't have all the answers, and to think that i do is ridiculous. I'm just going to enjoy the lsu ride right now and hope that it never ends knowing full well that it will eventually....then rise again....it's reality kid....don't spend too much time raging over the small things when one of the greatest runs in lsu history is underway...you'll wake up one day wishing you had just enjoyed the ride.

I totally understand how it can. However, for the people who have been around, and saw great programs tumble, and have seen the lean years at lsu, we understand you can't win every year. I also get how these kids, all they have known is lsu going to BCS bowls for the most part, and to them anything less than that is a complete failure.....they don't quite comprehend that there are about 20-25 schools out there realistically that are fighting like hell just like lsu, and we are no more special than any of those schools except to us. I just take a very realistic approach. We can't go every year. We had a good shot this year, and didn't quite get there.....but i also realize that the program is in GREAT shape with great recruiting and great coaching (outside of crowton and one or two more), and it takes a lot of breaks for a team to go undefeated.
Bama had a great year last year, but were very fortunate to beat tenn (if they had a kicker) and auburn and lsu....the year prior...i'm sorry.....bama caught the west on one of the worst years ever...auburn fired their coach, arkansas was a mess, lsu was a mess, state was bad, and ole miss was the second best team in the division for god's sake.....they simply got a little fat off of some bad teams...and that was proven out in losses to florida and utah....
florida this year is loaded, and the fans are screaming to fire the coach, after all the success he has had...lol...it is ridiculous.....qb is everything in this league, just look at auburn, and it is damn near impossible to bring in a kid that is a no miss recruit at this level.....
so, yes i can understand it, but the criticism is ridiculous. At the start of the year, most of these guys were predicting 7-5, 8-4 at best. LSU far exceeded that, yet they are still happy because we weren't 11-1....and if we were 11-1 they would bitch about not being 12-0.....
frick, just enjoy the good years...

If they are not in the top of the Western division, does it really matter. I mean arky is 10-2 (6-2), LSU is 10-2 (6-2)....had they tied for the West title arky would have went...but further than that, they have the same identical record....i mean i know you are on here to argue that is apparent with your 100,000 posts.....but facts are they have same record and outside of the top position, who gives a frick....in the record books it will go as a tie for second...but i really don't give a shite whether it is second or third...it ain't first and that is where we want to be......little kid...get to class.

how many starters do you think lsu lost on defense last year smart guy? just curious? Miles will have is fourth 11 win season this year, in six years...saban had only one with 11 or better in five years at lsu.
My thought process is this moron. LSU is loaded with talent, just like alabama, florida, and texas. Unfortunately, they have a couple of poor qb's they are having to work with. It happens, it has happened at bama, it happens at florida, it happens at texas....there is no one exempt from mis judging a qb recruit. Miles had one hell of a season coaching this year working around that qb situation...and got 10 wins...that is improvement from 2008 and 2009...a steady climb upwards......and another great recruiting class coming in.....there will be changes at OC and possibly at qb if mett decides to come.......even as it was, lsu was a couple plays away this year after a brutal schedule....
you kids really need to experience some bonafide down years before you think you have all the answers. Trust me, they will come too, they come at EVERY school. So you go ahead and remain negative through one of the greatest periods of lsu football history, I will remain positive and enjoy the ride and hopefully it will end up with another NC or two during my lifetime. you dumbasses seem for forget there are about 20 legit schools out there with the same aspirations as lsu and only 1 can win it a year.........

it's hard for me to pull against the sec so in that sense i would pull for auburn to play in the NC...but SC could completely destroy the hopes of Auburn and Arkansas this weekend. Auburn is not a program on the rise...they will be at the bottom of the SEC next year in the west...this is their ONE year to get it done....Arky is also losing their bread winner in mallet as well as three offensive lineman...and their D is not that good either......SC wins this game, all this talk by auburn and arky about how great they are....lol.....then both get shut out although auburn still gets orange..........there would be a justice in that after all this crap talk by fans of two teams that have never done jack shite........personally, I kinda hope SC ruins both of their seasons...and they will both be back to the middle to lower middle of the SEC next year where they belong...haha
