Still taking them? How do you like them? Anything noticed? Heard Brecka talking to Rogan about them. I already take LMNT so hydration isn’t an issue for me but would be interested in combining with H2 tablets if beneficial

I was about to post and ask specifically about BCAAs. I got one from ProMix before but I know many whey protein powders already have BCAAs in them. I use the Transparent Labs Whey these days. Do I need BCAAs in addition or no since it already has them ?

I do early morning workouts and always mix creatine and a LMNT pack. Always does the trick for me

Use ChatGPT or Grok and spit out something for ya. And keep refining it to your liking. I did one today to just change it up a bit once I’m done with Mass that Lasts I’ll prob try for a few weeks what it did for me. Then go to Arm Farm or Pool Season II

I’ve prob seen them 8 or more times over 25 years and always at theatre sized places or outdoor amphitheaters. They’ve always been great live. Was wondering same thing. Why all of a sudden selling out arenas? No new album in 4-5 years. Yeah I skipped paying the $$ for the ATL arena show here

Just ordered Arm Farm based on multiple suggestions on here. As soon as I finish Mass that Lasts for my second time I’ll dive in. Pool season II will follow again
