We don't even get SEC statements, just Ross' tweets.

Likely, it's Herb Vincent that gives all of the press releases to Ross...

He's also on the Senate Judiciary Commitee. If Skanky ever got called before congress to testitfy about antitrust or collusion issues, it would be before the Judiciary Commitee...

Yes.

That should definately bring a libel lawsuit from Lane....
LSU was enjoined. The judge required LSU to play them, thus protecting LSU from ever being penalized.

Sounds like a great idea.

Don't forget that guy who lived on the Diversion Canal that f*cked over his employees by stealing thier insurance premiums.
UnsureTiger,

You've been there all day, thank you.

In your opinion, based on what you've obverved, is there any chance Judge Jordon finds the SEC in contempt of court for attempting an "end around" in filing the Federal lawsuit?

Yep so long as they are enrolled, which they are

According to AI, Zxavian Harris & Blake Cotton aren't yet enrolled.

They would have to enroll tomorrow.

The other two are erolled already.

She's also a Republican appointed by Trump.

Not sure that’s true, but if true, is a good basis to seek partial dismissal based on no standing

The SEC literally put "...a corporation based in Birmingham Alabama" in the heading of their lawsuit.....

BUT, if you ask ANY of the AI's wether or not the SEC is a corporation, the answer is, "No they are not. They are a 501c3 non-profit organization."

will this be done before the coaches show tonight

Not likely....
No, a good (and expected) response from LSU will be a simple 12(b)6 motion: failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.

younger abstention doctrine

Wouldn't that be why the SEC is claiming that LSU and Lane violated their Constitutional 1st A. rights?

Just asking....

Then Liz will hit the SEC with with an antitrust lawsuit AND a RICO criminal case.
