I would put the ARC in another room like my bedroom.
But if you must move forward with this BS your are going to have to hook either the ARC or the AVR up to the TV via the optical cable and the other device via the HDMI arc input. You will need to toggle between the two in the audio settings of...

1. What’s your source ?
2. That Sub won’t work with the Arc
3. You will likely have to go into TV settings and toggle Audio Return Channel on and off as needed.
4. Why ? Seems like a waste of money ...

Brand new Sony AVR I just hooked up has chromecast built in.
Also those WiiM pro look just like Sonos ports, but smaller and lighter. It’s like the size difference between the OG 8-bit Nintendo and the mini classic they released a few years ago. ...

18’ JKU with double din Kenwood with wireless car play. Going strong for about two years. Have all the steering wheel control modules tied in too along with the vehicle data. The vehicle data is kind of a waste.

Having someone monitor your existing cameras will likely be more than you want to pay. The best platform to do this with is alarm.com on the residential side.
It would be better to keep your existing cameras the way they are now and add an existing system with the typical intrusion detection, sm...
