Trust AA
Yeah, I know he can't do anything about the injuries. But one would think he would learn from that past.

I had ZERO assumptions that Charles was going to get in there and brawl all night simply because it is a BMF fight. No one should have.
I don't think many people did. Either 1. They expected Max to stay on his feet more than he was or 2. it was just a bad match up for a BMF fight.
And again, even DC questioned whether it was a good fight for a BMF title. And although, ex athletes shouldn't be given carte blanche on current sports, you can't really criticize people for wanting a different turn out.
You do have a valid point. Like I said, it was a great match. Just not for what most people associate with BMF. So maybe you're right. Rename it. Or have different rules to play by.

DC even questioned if this was a good fight for the title of BMF. I think it's a dumb title to begin with but don't act like there's no assumption that brawling isn't part of BMF. Anything other than a BMF, and it would have been a great fight. But people want Max/Gaethje for a BMF fight, not grappling.

2 on, no outs. DP by Olson followed by a K.
Midseason form already.

All they've got to do is sue. For whatever reason, judges have a hardon for going against the NCAA. Someone wants a 12th year because they had a cold their freshman year? Sure, let them have it.

Only partially true.
Aren’t the Dodgers the only team allowed to keep all of their tv money? Y’all can stop pretending that every team can spend like the Dodgers. But congrats, I guess. Buying championships will lead to a stoppage, likely a long one.

Yeah, MLB is about the only sport I watch, but I'm almost hoping for a lockout since the Dodgers are making a mockery of the game.

I saw that report, too. No way AA offered a 5 year contract to a reliever.

Exactly. I had nightmares of purple and teal.

I’m sure there’s a clause in his contract that would prevent them from having to pay his buy out if they fire him after telling them he’s leaving for another school.

re: Which was the better overall product: Cubs/Sox on WGN or Braves on TBS?
Posted by Dale Murphy on 11/25/25 at 8:49 am to Paul Allen
As a kid, I was outside playing all day during the summer, so I never watched Cubs games. Hence, why I became a Braves fan. Would turn on the tube at night to watch the hapless late 80s Braves.

Good point. But McConnell was OC in name only. Dinardo promoted him so that he could continue to micromanage the offense. Bob was a patsy.

Kinda.
Dinardo kept Tepper and fired Mo Watts, naming Bob McConnell OC.
Lost 3 games while scoring over 30 pts in 98. Averaged 31 ppg and still went 4-7. Such a terrible season.
So to answer the OP, it’s Lou “Drop Linebacker” Tepper, by a landslide.
