Anyone here use hooks for pull lifts?

I know there are pros and cons to it. Definitely don’t want to hinder grip strength but the possibility of maximizing back strength/growth is definitely intriguing.

At least the Mets lost

I see this posted every time they lose. Is it because we hate them? Or because it keeps them further away from competing for the division? Because if it’s the latter, I’m much more worried about the Phillies.
If it’s the former then :dude:

What's the point of having a covered practice facility if it is not climate controlled and completely enclosed?

Supposedly the whole building is grounded meaning they can practice if lightning is in the area. At least that's what I was told recently.
And I don't know that it was built because of lightning. We have plenty of rain without lightning here. And like JJ said, it allows them to practice in August without having to go at 5 am.
How much would it take to bring in Maddux as a pitching coach?
Is there some clause that all Dodgers catchers must be ultimate douchbags?
Who makes the call for challenges? They need to be demoted.
Nega Brave in me coming out but wouldn’t be surprised if the they get swept by the first team with a pulse. This is by far the worst SP they’ll see this series. And missing their other co Aces.
Lost their challenge. Damnit.

Olson definitely has a shot at the HOF if he keeps up this pace for another few years

Just a few more seasons of 40 HRs and he should easily eclipse the 500 mark for his career when all is said and done.
Very nice win. Chance to keep the streak alive.
Yeah I think the deferments are more of a sticking point than the salary cap. But both will be an issue.
Guys on locked on post cast talking about Coors causing a 20% drop on fastballs. Which could explain a lot of his misses.
Doesn’t explain his velo but I’ll be giving him a couple of more starts before I toss him to the side.

He's so lazy in right field.

Something about people calling for a younger person to be in charge.

I didn't read the article. Headline made it sound like he thought someone younger should be in charge. Not sure I fully agree with that. I don't know that an older coach couldn't be successful there. But the last 2 seasons the offense has plagued them. Last year's round 2 exit wasn't so bad. Losing to Sam Houston isn't embarrassing. The Destrehan loss this year stung a little bit more.

Sale
Strider
Elder
Holmes
Ritchie

Perez as a 6th man

Lopez to help bolster the pen and bad Suarez can GTFO.

Hopefully Ritchie can hang so Holmes can also move to the pen once Schwellenbach comes back.
