I posted on here before that he is the next matt flynn if he gets with an excellent qb coach and has 3-4 years of continuity with team/coach. imo he won't be as good as flynn but he can improve DRAMATICALLY with EXTENDED coaching.

I understand what you are trying to do here but to put flynn and jefferson in the same sentence is just rediculous. maybe people should remember that flynn actually won a NC, while being named NC offensive mvp and was a good college qb. Those are a few things that jj never did.

He went to McNeese last year but he is entering the NFL draft this year

We have lost 20 games each of the last two seasons. But yea, Tj is a good coach.

The talent he had was terrible, and lets not forget that his first season here he won the SEC and lost the the eventual NC UNC in the tourney. But that your right he is terrible. :banghead:
No, because our offense really wasn't consistent all year and we didn't win it all. So its the 03 team.
quote:

He is only great when LSU wins. Otherwise he is a stupid idiot.

Last week at this time people were posting how great he was. Now we have a thread defending him.

I agree with you that a lot of people are like this but I have always said that miles is a bad coach and a great recruiter.

BTW: Since Jimbo left our offense has been sub par.

The greatness of Crowton made both of them irredeemably bad. Anyone who says differently (including a belief that JL was the second coming of Joe Montana earlier this year) has missed the last four years.

Dont know if you watched the NCG, but it seemed that crowton was back. So that shows that another factor (CLM) was making alot of those calls the last four years.

Best college coach there is, and LSU and its fans should be proud and grateful to have him.

Are you serious? Have you seen the coach that we lost the NCG to? Also you would think that the best college coach could manage the clock and a decent offensive game plan.

Everybody from USL

Completely agreed, I was told by a Dr. that I met at a store that he hated LSU, this was after he asked where I went to school and I said LSU. Then he said he went to USL and started ripping LSU and the atheletes. Which I responded good luck on your 1st bowl game in 41 years.

You would think the Mecca of college football would be a place where the NC is held or the home of a team that has won a couple of NC or at least a conference title.

Him being mentally and physically tougher (forget about mobility)

Is 100% why he is starting over lee.

you mean meantally like taking a saftey against wku and fumbling a snap in every game he has started this year.

LSU and Bama have nearly identical schedules. If our schedule is "weak", so is yours.

Jesus, when will the stupidity end? I'm almost looking forward to the offseaso

Are you kidding? LSU played 3, 25, 16, 17, 20, and 3 (with most of those away from home)

Bama played 23, 14, 12, and 24

Uncommon cents, you have NO sense. You don't even have the slightest idea about Petrino. He's very benevolent in our state especially to Children's Hospital and he loves the UofA and his players. He's very happy here and we're happy with him. I'd MUCH rather have Petrino as a head coach than that stupid, backward Miles. As soon as the Saban influence at LSU runs out, you'll drift back to oblivion chasing the upper tier programs like 'Bama and Arkansas. I hope you play 'Bama in the championship game. There is NO doubt, 'Bama will have it's way with you. GO Georgia, Go HOGS!!!

i think top tier programs win there conference (Ar-Kansas 0 LSU 10 SEC Champ)

And if you want to argue top tier further then NC (Ar-Kansas 1 LSU 3) looks like we win again

I've seen JJ improve as a passer, and a runner. He's just a better player when he faces pressure.

I'm confident with him as our starter. He looks the part now.

you mean against the tough competition of WKU and Ole Piss

Did you watch the WKU game, because he looked bad and still making dumb decisions under pressure like that safety in the end zone.
