I think when most people in the city talk about Roswell they are referring to the historic area, Canton Street, or Azalea along the Chattahoochee. Holcomb Bridge gets a little rough in parts.
I currently live in Buckhead but we plan to move to Roswell close to the river. We like the city a lot, but there's no denying it does have more crime than the suburbs. We live in a nice neighborhood connected to a couple of trails and it seems like its a constant movement of homeless camps around various parts of the city. It wasn't a big deal when I was single, but with a 1 and 3 year old running around now, the suburbs offer a better quality of life. But ITP and OTP are both great depending on your needs.

they're just going to be a normal, upper echelon SEC team.
I think this is most likely. Bama isn't doing anything that LSU, UGA, UF, UT etc can't do. We just caught lightning in a bottle with Saban and are now returning to reality.

Saban was on record saying he didn’t want to play LSU, Auburn, and Tennessee every year.
Sorry pal, y'all are good and I get not wanting to play you every year right now. But MSU and OM are closer geographically and more relevant over the limited history of our schools, other than the Bear beating y'all like a drum in BDS-West. LSU is only relevant because of Saban and even that is declining.
I'd also easily trade Florida or UGA long term as a permanent because of the SEC CG battles.

This. The simpletons on here will downvote away, but this is the correct answer
I haven't driven an M2, but test drove an M4 in 2019 before buying a new C7 instead. They're nice and appreciate the fact they're one of the last remaining manuals on the market, but aren't really in the same category as a dedicated sports car. I'd rather see BMW drop the useless backseat and make a real 2 seater.
I'm going to guess the performance difference between the M4 and the C8 with a DCT is even wider than it was with the front engine'd C7.

Alabama fans don't consider a team they've played for over three decades annually, played the Game of the Century against, has been arguably the biggest thorn in their side since Saban has rejoined the conference, has almost always been CBS' primetime matchup, and was the previous school of the GOAT before he left the conference, a rival.
Sorry, Alabama has a lot of great history. It'll take another 3 decades before LSU could displace Tennessee, and they'll never be able to displace Auburn. Losing to LSU just isn't as emotionally impactful as a loss to AU and UT. Even though I love the LSU game, it's a distant 3rd.

because they are fiberglass unibody cars, meaning the body is the frame
They are definitely not unibody, and I don't believe Corvettes have used pure "fiberglass" since the late 60's. They have always used composite materials and are now implementing a lot of carbon.
I'm not sure what you're referring to about body panels separating. I've owned several from the early 70s through a C7 and never had this issue.
C3's have lots of age related issues that drive down the value. The entire car runs on vacuum systems which always give issues and require occasional replacement of rubber hoses. They also have "bird cage" failures due to rust which is not a cheap fix. But most Corvettes aren't exactly rare, and they hold their values as well as can be expected. The truly rare models always run in the 6 and 7 figures however.
What selection criteria are you using? If you use NCAA records of what they deemed "major" selectors Alabama is third.
1. Princeton 28
2. Yale 27
3. Alabama 23
4. Notre Dame 22
5. Michigan/Oklahoma/USC 17
But I doubt any Alabama fans really care, we've been the most dominant program for the what, the last 50 or 60 years? The next closest SEC team on that list has 8.

Price? For a daily commuter they're great cars and can save a few grand each year versus a gas-powered vehicle.
Convenience? Charge at home overnight instead of stopping by a gas station twice a week (especially great living in a big city). Less time spent on maintenance. For the LA baws the e-F150 will power your house for a couple of days when the next hurricane rolls through.
Comfort? They're pretty nice vehicles and have the latest bells and whistles. Pet mode is especially nice if your pup travels with you a lot.
Long trips? Nope, but no reasonable person is suggesting we get rid of gas powered vehicles.
I don't own one yet but at this point they look like a great option for our next car which will be a commuter for the wife.

Dude, he used an idiom, look it up if you don't know what that is. He did not bet $20 for a charity like you're trying to imply.

The EV doesn't have to be all things to all people to be viable.
People in this thread worry way too much about what other people are driving. Probably the same people who start threads about what other dudes are wearing.
Do you have a reasonable commute and want to lower your reliance on fossil fuels, reduce repair costs, or like being an early adopter? Look into an EV.
Do you have a long commute, like having long range truck, or take several 300+ mile trips? Stay with gas or diesel.
The reality is that for some people, plugging a car in at night is a great convenience and they aren't impacted by the range. And outside of CA the energy grid is pretty damn reliable. Even in CA I doubt a rolling blackout has a big impact on an overnight charge.
And if you aren't poor you can consider both.

I used Coffee Meets Bagel in Atlanta in my early 30's. It really depends on the market how active the app is, but it was geared to higher educated couples. You'll obviously have some crazy/kids as you look in an older dating pool but more people are putting off relationships until they're careers are settled. Dating in your 30's wasn't as bad as I expected.
We did a good bit of research and bought one earlier in the year. The Roborock seems to be the best on the market right now, but it isn't as reliable as a Roomba and doesn't have the same reputation of keeping replacement parts for the vacuums available for years. It's also not recommended if you have several pets.
We bought the Roomba i7 (mapping and no go zones). It's only gotten stuck once when the wife left her tennis shoes out in the middle of the living room and it ate the laces on both. I wish I'd purchased one years ago.

What I saw on CBS indicated that officially this would count under Sark's HC record win or lose.

I've wondered why we can't use the methodology Russia uses to clear clouds over Moscow...basically seeding quickcrete in the air which causes cloud moisture to bind to the dust and fall to the earth as rain.
re: Purchasing an out of state vehicle

If the dealer knows what they are doing it's usually fine, but can depend on the state your are purchasing from and the state you plan to register in. Some states have reciprocity with other states regarding car sales tax.
I currently live in MA and bought a car in OH. Under MA law, I'm only required to pay the gap between the OH sales tax (5.3% I think) and the MA sales tax (6.125%). I want to say MA had reciprocity with about 40 states but if bought from one of the excluded 10 states I owed full sales tax when registered.

S/O bought me a Saddleback Leather flight bag as a gift. So far their products have been fantastic and should get decades of use out of it.

If he wants a gaming laptop, check out Sager at Xotic PC. It's not a name brand, but they make a great product without all the flashing lights. You'll also save several hundred and get the same specs. I'm on my second Sager, the first one lasted 5 years before it was outdated.
But a gaming desktop is much better.
