What recourse does kiffin have if Charlie says no? Fire him and then Charlie stays at ole miss or goes to just about any other college or maybe an nfl job he wants. That would be an even better look for Kiffin
Is Ole Miss going to fire the OC they just hired to keep CWJ? All anyone has heard was that CWJ made terrible play calls and you can tell when he calls the plays versus Lane. Now, Lane moved on and it was never Lane's offense and Pete was the real hero.
If they can maintain two jobs and not short-change Ole Miss's playoff run or LSU's portal recruiting keep it going. We will see if Pete can really run a program, but Lane left it in a great place for him.

He is talking about this game. No one cares about the A&M game anymore.

Great History and glad I went but one of the worst gameday experiences I have ever had. Concessions are not even in the building. Restrooms ancient. Lines of sight are horrible for most seats.
Iconic setting, horrible stadium
This 100%. And, an absolute logistical nightmare.

That running through a landmine feeling throughout the regular season was what made college football so fun. That doesn't exist anymore. The regular season is largely meaningless now.
Tell that to 10-2 Vandy.

I am a little hungover this morning. Are you saying he realized that she escaped because he heard feedback in the speakers at graduation? Or, I am missing something here?
When he hears the feedback on the speakers at graduation he remembers that the military had their interference speakers at full blast when El pulled him into the void to talk to him. If she had been in that proximity, she would’ve been disabled by the speakers and unable to pull him into the void to talk to him. It makes sense that would be a detail he might not realize until later because of everything that was going on.
But she was on the other side of the portal. I just don't see her faking it and running off like that. And, never communicating with Mike again. When he told that story, for a moment, I thought as he walked up the stairs a radio or something would go off with her communicating with him. But, this morning it seemed more like a coping mechanism for him.

Why do these creators insist on putting vague endings left up to interpretation ? Sometimes they should just spell it out.
Was it though? Mike realized at graduation when he hears the feedback from the speakers that El had to be far away from the speakers the military was using in order to communicate with him like she did. He can’t confirm it. But I didn’t think it was that vague.

I am of the opinion it was just a hope and that she did not. But, I am not resolute in any opinion.
Pretty decent alum bases for each school here as well. I know tons of Ole Miss people here both Uptown and Old Metairie and plenty of UGA grads as well.

After watching you not score a touchdown yesterday I don't think this is where you need replacements. But, congrats.

Give us some more of your predictions
You. Won’t. Win. shite.
And you will spend a quarter billion dollars or 1/3 of your university’s endowment to not win shite at football while half your state can’t read or do math at a 6th grade level.
Tell me more about how you don't understand how athletics are funded and the difference between the athletic department and endowment.
The we wanted Pete and Lane did nothing and we won in spite of him after you all loved him is absolutely delusional. Telling another teams fans they are coping after getting exactly what they wanted is as well.

I think Bama drops to #11 and beats OM arse in Oxford.
Or, they could actually punish Ole Miss for losing its coach like they harped on earlier this year and bump A&M in front of them and then Ole Miss plays whoever is at 10 (ND, Miami, BAMA).

Finebaum just went full in on Kiffin during a SEC Now segment. Essentially called him a piece of shite and everything is about him. The whole panel was pretty shocked. Rodgers & Tebow went in on Funebaum immediately. Harper framed a sensible rebuttal to Finebaum putting the ownership of the situation on Ole Miss. Finebaum went full retard, SEC Media Days will be fun.
Where can this be found?

I went to their board and read about how golding held the team together this year while lane was checked out….and apparently Golding has been in charge of the portal and organization over the last year. They are kinda glad la
What only make it more funny is if you go back in the threads before it fully set in he was leaving they are praising him and convinced he would never leave. Then they are still holding out hope as they start to realize that he is probably leaving they all slowly flip to delusion with the exception of one or two.

She was half right. They will see him next year on the LSU sideline in Oxford.

Time to trash Carter some more
I watched an interview Carter did on some random podcast this week basically trashing Lane and calling him a liar, and the amount of inconsistencies in Carter’s story and timeline of events was ridiculous.
Ultimate hypocrite.
And Ole Miss have eaten it up. According to them, Lane wasn't even coaching the team.

Did I read this wrong or did will accepting his gayness give him super powers?
Just started a rewatch and they totally called his superpowers in S1 E2.
ETA: …irrespective of his gayness.
What did they do in episode 2 of season1?

I like how ole miss matched every offer and had 4 hour long meetings with kiffin to convince him to extend, and then as soon as he leaves it turns out that all the players were siloed away with kiffin not really that integral to game planning and also most of the players are happy to see him go
THIS.
And, I am sure these players are understandably upset and the ones he is probably unlikely to target for transfers. He clearly saw Ole Miss as inferior leaving during this time frame. Therefore, he felt these players were inferior as well.
It is not just this guy though, it is all of their media. Neal McGready slinging rumors bitching about Lane. Spirit Ben guy, all of them. Ben called Lane a "false idol"
They all went from wanting him to stay to completely zooming past the guy that delivered them their best fun in football ever or trying to give all the credit to Golding. Suddenly Golding was running the whole program and is the next Ryan Day/Marcus Freeman. Trashing Lane and his family on a personal level.
It is crazy. I would expect butt hurt but not this level ofmeltdown. "Lane tried to burn the whole program to the ground." All the while, Kiffin continues to be complimentary of Ole Miss.

Deloitte. Austin Thomas told me last month they had not had a single NIL flagged at the clearing house to this point.

Funny, 90% of Ole Miss fans wanted the fricker gone before the Egg Bowl. We were just waiting for a way to get him out without a buyout and when he levied a threat, that was our cause.
Your post history says otherwise. You all wanted him to stay and then when reality set in he was leaving you decided you wanted him gone.
Now, when he posts something praising your new coach who he hired he is trolling and insulting you. There is no winning under that perception aside from passing on what he obviously considers a significantly better opportunity.
I understand why Ole Miss fans would disagree and feel slighted but to ignore that the calendar forces the decision be made on this timing is simply deflection.

That letter might get their AD fired
