I’m general counsel for a medium sized company, but even with our Fortune 100 insurance companies, I pick who defends us and I review every answer before it’s filed. I have never and will never allow blaming a minor as that has never once played well to a jury (unless we’re talking about a 16/17 yr old committing an intentional act).
American Airlines is much much bigger, so I’m sure their GC didn’t review, but someone employed by them did and that person and this law firm will not be working for American again. You handle this by immediately firing the offender and fully cooperating with law enforcement while settling with the victim’s family.

I’m on the side of less government spending, but this particular program is literally for mentally handicapped (f/k/a retarded) people.
I’m sure these particular people can’t actually get a driver’s license.
The real solution for CA, MN, and the other states is to let Uber/Lyft drivers drive for the rates they agree to. If it’s not enough then people won’t do it.

Dude, I just moved down here a couple years ago and I don't think I have a chance to get my son on the Saints.
Like many others have said, I was diehard since I knew what football was, but after that 2018 no-call, I just haven't felt much of anything about the Saints. If Drew would've just admitted his shoulder was shot after 2019 we could have had Brady and everyone would still think of Drew fondly, plus might have got the Brady bump to another Super Bowl.

Not recently, but I left for Chicago 12 years ago and then left that for the Jacksonville area about a year ago. So far we love it here. Feels more southern culturally than most of Florida and outside of Duval have pretty great schools.
While my family is from Louisiana, this is the 7th state I’ve lived in, and I’d like to think I turned out ok. Kids adjust quickly and very likely won’t be talking to most of their current friends in 10 years even if you stay in BR. FL, TX, GA, and AL have the same sports opportunities as LA.

I guess I should have reread the original post. My first year in the league and just in checking the app I didn’t realize I was still in it for something or had to post my lineup here.
That was consistently my lineup, minus TE. Only difference is I would have played an active Higbee over an inactive TE, which would have added 12.2 points.
Understand the frustrations though. I’m fine splitting the 3rd place pot with Voodoo if that’s good with everyone.
