Yep customer service is terrible. Foreign call center set up and all the employees do is read from a script and follow preset steps to “solve your issue”. There is no thinking allowed. We flew to Vegas and paid for a room, but our concert tickets were “uploaded by another email”. I ended up shelling out more money for tickets. Finally got a refund a few weeks later.
All they did was repeat their customer guarantee: “We will get you the same or better tickets or a refund”. Man i am in town and out some money all ready, I want my tickets that I bought weeks earlier!!!

The Trump train was rolling when Covid hit. It would take something huge to derail it. The media hype was so anti-Trump. Remember the death counts on the screen when the news aired? It was a full scale effort to take down Trump. They thought he was done, but he came back stronger than ever in 2024 and he is really draining the swamp this time.
