He was just teaching the kid about taxation.
Now if the kid were rich, instead of taking the ball he’d have resorted to giving him a lifetime supply of any type of ball the kid wanted + free tickets, no questions asked and no payback necessary.

Defending MM by accusing other fans of wanting LSU to lose isn't fair. It's just about being honest.
Look at baseball. Realistically, I’m not expecting a repeat but hoping for at least Omaha. Any more than that is setting yourself up for disappointment. Not rooting for them to lose, I just understand it will be exceedingly tough to match an epic CWS title run with 2 can’t miss draft picks and other incredible veterans.
Expectations for LSU basketball are low. SEC Championship? March Madness? Seems unlikely, but MM has a chance to prove himself like JJ did. Not even asking for a deep run, just make the tournament and maybe win a game.
If it winds up more of the same though, how much longer do we want to keep trying what’s not working?

Imagine downvoting the best decision this franchise has ever made. Some ‘fans’ are losers

But with the John Wick movies, if the first one isn’t for you they only get more and more ridiculous and over the top and you are gonna hate each one more and more.
Disagree, it’s entirely subjective.
After all the hype, I found the first John Wick just ok and was disappointed. I’ve increasingly loved the others though and consider it one of the best modern action franchises.
For me, I like world-building in my stories so going deeper into the lore of assassins and John’s history pulls me in. Not to mention the creativity in the action scenes. That overhead tracking shot through the building in 4 is an all timer.

You could always join the party on the Cock
So it’s safe to say you cannot feel the Kenergy, then?

People often list names like Browner, Gallette, Apple, David, Byrd, etc. as their least liked former Saints.
All terrible I agree and I’ve no love lost for them, but the thing most of those players have in common is they were only with the Saints for maybe 3-4 years, and usually less.
Project Peat was a 1st rounder that stuck for nearly a decade. He was rarely good, occasionally mediocre, and mostly flat out sucked or was injured while commanding far too high a salary. I don’t think I’ve ever heard an OL name called so much (not a good thing) and have never been more frustrated with a Saints player that was with the team so long.
Good riddance

For the right price, a big body WR to replace MT13 would be more valuable to us than a Hunter Renfrow type, not that I don’t like him too

Lamar and King Henry in the same backfield is scary
re: If the Falcons sign Cousins, are we solidly projected 3rd in this division?

Cousins is good and underrated, so they should be better off than they were. He’ll also be 36 before the season starts.
I MUCH rather this than them getting Jayden Daniels which I was sure would haunt the Saints for many years

The Departed just edges out Ghostbusters and Back to the Future.

We get bad officiating in most games, in every sport, all year long. Think about how seldom any fanbases come away like, “Wow, those refs/umps really called a clean game.” Worse, it’s only getting worse as evidenced today
HVL was ready to throw hands
If we lose by less than 4 that sequence at the end of 3Q is why. Cannot come out of that with no points
quote:
The point is that Reggie Bush should not have been playing in the first place. He would have been ineligible because of taking the impermissible benefits.
I understand what happened, but the retroactive penalties have still never made sense.
They didn’t catch it then, so Reggie was eligible and he did play. It happened, it’s history. If they didn’t want that to be the case, maybe the NCAA should do their job better when it mattered.
I don’t care if he was given $100 billion, it didn’t impact his talent or play on the field one iota. If it wasn’t USC, he’d have still been the best player in the country on another team. And now the thing he was deemed ineligible for is legal, making this even more dumb.
