As a mostly SEC umpire, we did I think in my opinion get the better half of some 50/50 calls behind the dish. Which we needed tonite. I see he shaved off his trademark handlebar mustache also!

Griffin just cleared it up. After the base hit to RF, camera clearly picked up what he said “why we keep pitching fastballs they can hit that !” It’s obvious off speed is getting the outs we need but yeskie continue to call that Pitch ! ...

He’s not a “washed up coach”. He may be burned out on coaching but you don’t get “washed” up from coaching. The technique don’t change

He’s been unemployed since November 27 and Coach Kelly would have done something by then or even Coach Raymond would have been employed by then by some other university.
