I’ve got a buddy who swears by this game. On deployment, he put all of us in his “story” and it was...interesting.

Yeah I would grant that wish.

Not so much for the grandmother as much as it is for your kids

I am by no means suggesting what I’m about to say is exactly what lsucoonass believes, but I believe it highlights a larger point in religious vs. non-religious understanding.

Those who are religious, especially those who are extremely religious, usually can’t understand (or in many cases even fathom) why people don’t see religion the way they do. It sounds like your grandmother doesn’t understand at a fundamental level why you and your wife made the decision you did.

You’ve considered it, and your answer is no. But that doesn’t mean you can’t find a middle ground with her. I would go back and suggest that while you won’t grant her wish, you would like to show her that her great-grandkids value her wish and would, say, pray the rosary with her. While they may not know the prayers yet, just spending that time with her would mean a ton in her final days/weeks/months.
Republicans are not activist enough on social issues while Democrats are not consistent enough on governmental matters.

It’s not that they disagree and are on different sides of a general argument, it’s that neither side understands the other is arguing about something different entirely, which is why they never understand each other.

I laughed way too hard at this.

OP, sorry for your loss.
Oakwing. In Alexandria, so middle of the state since you didn’t specify a location.

ETA: welp, never mind  you’re on your own there

Some kind of classic car. I hear that millennials love them.
I was born in ‘89, so right in the middle of what is considered “millennial”. I’ve got a restored 1970 Chevelle I’m still working on, so yes, we still appreciate classic cars.

I even listen to music from way back when, too.

ETA: looks very much like this one. Having trouble posting a pic from a zip file on my phone.

Do you keep them in the trunk of your car? I had a buddy who broke two clubs in the span of three rounds underneath the grip, sliced his hand pretty good.

The heat resulting from keeping your clubs in your car really only applies to the epoxy deteriorating. Either his grip would have come loose or the club head would have turned/come off. It would be rare for that to cause a break in the shaft.

If the OP found rust, it’s likely not a defect/counterfeit. It sounds like whoever gripped them didn’t cap the top before putting on the grip, and moisture got it. Unfortunately, Titleist is going to tell him to go back to Edwin Watts. EW might be sympathetic and reshaft it, but this will likely result in a “tough luck” situation and he’s gonna have to pay for it to be reshafted and regripped.

It was a titleist ap2 8 iron...has anyone ever heard if there was a defect or something with those? I was mentally screwed the rest of the round.

There was a defect in the shaft. If it was truly a titleist shaft, contact them and they will replace it. It easy to tell if it was the result of a defect.

If you bought the irons from a third party, or it has been reshafted since you originally bought them, the shaft could have been defective or counterfeit.

Defects are rare. Don’t let it mess with your mental game.

Just getting back into it. I mainly play survivor because I like the challenge and it gets intense when trying to avoid a killer.

Same, but man do I love playing with Michael Myers. I am on the 4th page of the Compendium, and the first challenge was 25 hits on a Survivor. I almost got them all in one game

Also, I hate playing against Michael Myers I always get rolled because he cancel out the heartbeat mechanic.

Oh...

Look at that fricking kook bitch.

Who in the frick votes for that freak?

I passed her in the metro coming into D.C one afternoon from Baltimore while she was heading in, presumably to go back to Connecticut.

The appearance of her style is one thing, but she also walks around carrying like 3 purses and looks like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. It’s a stereotype that reinforces itself
I got back on my PC recently and forgot how much fun DBD can be.

I’m a big achievement chaser, so I’ve been trying to get all of the Survivor and Killer “Adept” Achievements (basically using only their unique perks and achieving close to a flawless victory). Some of these are IMPOSSIBLE.

It looks like since I’ve been gone they’ve added a “Stranger Things” pack with two Survivors and the demogorgon as a Killer, along with another pack I have no clue from where. Seems like they keep adding new maps and characters, which keeps it from going stale like Friday the 13th was (IMO).

Graves?

Contrary to what some people believe on here, Graves has no desire to run for Governor.

Don’t get me wrong, I think he will. But he barely wanted to run for his last term and I’m assuming this term, and only did so because he had so much behind him saying he needed to.
$14 at Troy’s and give a $3 tip. Go there every two weeks.
