I do once a week 100 ml. I thought about splitting up to twice a week but I feel good. I switch butt cheek every week. I do other peptides nightly. 61 and workout 6 days a week.

I am 61 and started TRT about 3 years ago. My levels were around 600 but now around 1100. I feel great and and workout 5 to 6 days a week. I’ve always worked out but have taken to another level. Taking 100mg of TRT a week plus cialis and creatine daily.
