The thing is, self driving cars don't really have to be perfect to be a success. They just have to be better than human drivers. And statistically, that's not really that difficult. Human drivers are really bad at driving.

He is not in trouble at all. I'm not sure why anyone would say he is. He has gone 19-7 over the past two years including a #1 ranking and a NY6 game. I think he is pretty safe.

"Dive Sober of Get Pulled Over" is a national campaign that is paid for by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. All the ads you see and the publicity is due to NHTSA grant funding. NHTSA also provides grant funding for additional DUI/DWI officers in local municipalities.
In a couple of years or less, they will change the slogan of the national campaign to something else equally generic, like "If you Drink you go to the Clink" or some such shite.

I think google, in general doesn't like storing apks no matter where they came from.
I once tried to email an apk with gmail, and google said no, so it's not just drive.

You can just turn them off. If you go to settings>general>application manager, you can click on the app and turn it off. It won't completely get rid of it, but it will make it so it's not really effecting anything. It's basically the same as freezing it with titanium backup.

When you unlock your screen and look at the screen, or swipe to another screen, that is your launcher. Basically your home screen(s). You are currently using the touchwiz launcher, but there are a ton of other launchers out there that you can use instead. In most people's opinion (mine included) nova launcher is the best. It works the same as your current launcher, but it allows you to customize most stuff on your screen. Want more rows or columns, or want to make your app icons smaller or bigger? You can adjust widget sizes, create gestures (like a swipe up will open a certain apps). One of the biggest thing is icon packs. With a different launcher, you can customize what all of your icons look like with icon packs.
Nova now has hotword detection, so you can just say "ok google" to open up google search.
Pocketcasts is a great app for podcasts, if that's your thing.
Also, don't forget to download Google Opinion Rewards. Every once in a while, you will get surveys from google, and when you complete them, google will give you google play credit. I used to get them all the time, but it has slowed down a bit.

Safestrap doesn't unlock the bootloader. The only custom roms you can put on your phone using the safestrap recovery are ones with the touchwiz kernal, like dynamic kat.

Try using the WPS button on your router, then set up the WPS on your Nexus 7. Both the router and the 7 will scan until they find each other, then connect

No, it just allows you to gain root access. But once you have root, you can get a custom recovery and possibly unlock your bootloader without wiping your device, depending on what type you have. I have an att note 3, and the bootloader is locked down tight. The only possibility I have is to install SafeStrap and go from there. Of Course the only ROMs available to me are ROMs based on the touchwiz kernal.

From what I understand, you won't be able to subsidize your phone. You will have to buy it upfront to keep unlimited. If you want to get a new phone subsidized, they will require you to sign a new contract.

I did it on my at&t Note 3 and it worked fine. I have root access. Downloaded Busybox and SuperSU. It's probably the easiest root method I've ever seen. You literally just download the APK, run it and you have root.
