Dylan rules

People that whine about the quality of his voice or his vocal delivery are kinda missing the whole point

The best part, especially the 3 album run in 65, of a lot of his best work is the everyman quality of it, the whine, and the sort of bitter scorn he can deliver with some quality sarcasm

Not the biggest fan of really a ton after Blonde on Blonde tho. John Wesley Harding is even spotty and its got some great stuff on it. And his voice after the wreck is objectively worse

But the "his voice is bad" stuff is dumb. No its not, you just don't like it
70s- David Bowie
80s- Talking Heads
90s- Radiohead

For example, beat is my favorite king crimson and that’s an 80s album. Idk why I don’t really like their other stuff.
Agreed to an extent.

Discipline is my favorite KC album and it’s an 80s one too

A lot of their earlier stuff, like Court of the Crimson King era albums don’t stand up as well for me

How about some "Neu!" prog rock from West Germany?

Hell yeah, I could start a whole new thread on Krautrock my guy
