Just throw it into whatever MM your brokerage uses. I use Schwab and their MM is around 4.2% I believe. Can get access to your money within one business day.

Saw lots of traffic I 10 at Charles parish. Y’all lock and load

Just got from off the spillway which was shut down. About 20 cop cars and search boats. One white SUV with temp plates on the shoulder. Looks like a few of them jumped off the bridge.
I grew up in the Cannes Brulee subdivision which was right next to Esplanade. Spent so many summers in the late 90's/early 00's riding my bike to the mall and that crappy theater nearby (Hollywood Cinema). That theater is now a church and obviously the mall is dead.

Like others said, after Katrina is really when that area (and Kenner as a whole) declined. I could tell the "demographics" in my subdivision changing as I left for LSU in 2008 and has only gotten worse. My parents (kennabrah diehards) finally had enough and sold my childhood home a few years ago.
You can rent or buy it now on pretty much any major platform for $20. I believe HBO Max will be the first to stream it on subscription based platforms in a few months.
Anyone check this out on streaming yet? Curious how much of a downgrade it is vs theatrical experience. I think I missed the boat to go see this in theaters.

Saw them play in the PMAC in 2009 with the lesser half of OutKast.

I remember the lead singer making fun of the “drug/alcohol free” signs. Concert was meh.

This is how we did it. My first two were a boy/girl so the 3rd was the surprise tiebreaker (girl). Went ahead and got the snip about a year later

NOLA market gets it from time to time. Admittedly the hype has made it harder to find lately. Still easier to get than any non SR Weller.
Bardstown wheated is hard to beat for under $50 and usually on shelves. Hangs with weller 107 imo
I max mine the first of every year. Poor choice this year

TikTok Terminator 2
First four seasons are fantastic. 5-7 are solid with some great episodes sprinkled in. Once Michael leaves it takes a major nosedive.

I've probably watched seasons 1-4 more times than any other show. Very easy to put on an episode and knock out a few. Even as background noise.

Superior Seafood was good when the oysters were .50/each. Think they shot up to $1.25. Couple that with the large for price of a small frozen mojitos

What would y'all do with say an extra 20k? Already DCA'ing into this current market every two weeks via 401k contributions. Lump sum all 20 into my brokerage but who knows when we are at the bottom of this thing? Thinking of just throwing into my MM account which is at least making 4%.
