I believe if lsu hires kiffin they will back in this same situation within 4 years. Kiffin threatening to leave and people willing to pack his bags.
You can be virtually certain Kiffin will pull will I stay or go every year. Trolling is part of him. I think that s what he’s doing now.
We have no one committed now and no one else in the pipeline so the portal would be the only choice. I’d look at a couple for depth.
Agreed a football team needs to play as one, not a group of athletes drawing a check. I think Sumerall would coach that way

An abdominal injury makes it hard to get Georgie on his throws which is why he threw so many wounded ducks this year. Remember Brennan and how it cost him the season. The difference is Kelly kept downplaying it and sending him out instead of resting him.
Freeman is another Kelly. Play a one hard game per year and a cupcake schedule then scream we are Notre Dame. You can’t keep us out of the playoffs. No more ND coaches will you never learn?
Most likely. Just him unless they put Johnson in to run wildcat.
Does white weeks play? If so, I feel much better about Tigers.
Enough to know he’s not leaving smu.
No way is he coming back. It’s a great dream but he’s not coming back
Stubborn, prone to fits of anger, set in his ways, no empathy for players or coaches. Stubborn
The offensive line has been a liability, as bad as the play calling. Will Davis get different orders or more help?

I think LSU should take a young coach who has a big upside. The big names haven’t worked out well. I could live with Sumrall

Noooope. We need a young energetic coach Who is also an offensive guru and is willing to push the players.
If so that’s on Kelly. Sit him until he’s fully recovered van Buren had great zip on his passes and he could move. He had a little elusiveness and wasn’t afraid to run. I like him.

Day and Lanning. You are seriously delusional. Kiffin would be a no. LSU would be better to wait till seasons end and get a younger coach who has a good offensive mind
The running game or lack of is a mystery. And our backs go down at first contact while other teams backs push a pile along.
Van Buren is not that different from Nussmeier he is not particularly mobile. He has looked ok in short appearances but haven’t seen enough to tell. Hurley is probably the most mobile of the 3 but he was hurt and missed spring practice. With our line a mobile QB is the best bet but we do t have one.
