Can’t imagine what Fritz is thinking right now. He’s got his full team and coaching staff playing to get to 10 wins and a defacto home game.
And somehow he’s in a tie game in the 4th against the zombie team LSU is running out there

Are most of you guys upset just doing a message board bit, or do you actually care about this exhibition game?

This is crazy to me. A $35-45 bottle of bardstown, Penelope or green River is better than blantons. You’re buying 8 bottles of way overpriced bourbon for a plastic horse and letter?
I have bottles from all 3 of those at my house, multiples of Bardstown and Penelope in my collection
My wife and I enjoy many different types of bourbon, and she happens to really enjoy BT products so it’s fun for her to try and collect them.

Speaking of Blantons, the Rouses on Airline and Highland in BR had a bottle sitting out on the shelf today for $75. Picked it up because it had a horse topper the wife was still looking for.

I know it's not always an exact representation, but On3/Rivals doesn't have Kyle as a the primary or secondary recruiter of any of the DL this year. They are all listed as Wilson and Peoples

I dont like this one bit! We are paying these guys millions of dollers to coach for us and they are taking our money and spending time at old piss? Something fishy going on if you ask me. At the absolute least they should be on LSU’s campus until the night before the game, then show up on game day ONLY! They agreed to coach there game, not help them with day to day stuff and recruiting! They should also be wearing LSU clothes on the sidelines seeing as they represent us now

So that chart, like almost every other one we've all seen the last 5-6 years, has the * text of "DATA SOURCED FROM THE NEW YORK TIMES"
I'm assuming this chart was made by capturing results at set intervals from the NYT election tracker. My question is, where/how does the NYT get it's data from? Is it a direct connection of some time to each state's SOS? Or is it manually entered?
Seems like digging into the mechanics of where the NYT gets it's data from would shed some light on how these wild swings originated.

Caveat for drug prices - Medicaid/Medicare and cash only
Posted by OldManRiver on 12/19/25 at 3:21 pm
That's still a great win, as people on Medicare/Medicaid can use all the extra help they can get, but this might not reach as many people as the tweets would indicate
It will be interesting to see if the price cuts to the cash pay price work out better for someone who's got really good insurance or not
For example, the cash price for my kids Epilepsy medicine would be $1k a month. Our BCBS plan actually gets that down to $40 a month. If the TrumpRX price was even all the way down to $200-$300, I'd still be better off going through insurance.
quote:
U.S. President Donald Trump and nine major pharmaceutical companies on Friday announced deals that will slash the prices of their medicines for the government's Medicaid program and for cash payers, in his latest bid to align U.S. costs with those in other wealthy nations.
quote:
Under the deals, each drugmaker will cut prices on most drugs sold to the Medicaid program for low-income people, senior administration officials said, promising "massive savings" on widely used medicines without giving specific figures.

but officials said they included agreements to cut cash-pay direct-to-consumer prices of select drugs sold potentially through the TrumpRx.gov website, to launch drugs in the U.S. at prices equal to - not lower than - those in other wealthy nations and to increase manufacturing

I'm continually amazed at the naive lens so many LSU posters/fans view CFB from in 2025
It's 100% a business, and almost every decision made is around the concept of what's best for business, and not based on emotion or feelings
He's employed by LSU through the bowl game, he will coach LSU and do his best until the final whistle. Then he switches hats and will do his best to beat LSU moving forward. Just that simple
ACC just unveiled a ridiculous schedule setup for 2026

For the upcoming season, which the ACC is calling a "transition year," 12 of its 17 schools will play nine conference games, with Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida State, North Carolina and Boston College playing just eight. Those five teams each have multiple Power Four opponents already scheduled outside the conference.

Four ACC schools -- Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech and Louisville -- have an annual rivalry game against the SEC, and while Louisville AD Josh Heird said his school is eager to play a strong schedule each season, the other three initially balked at the lack of scheduling flexibility that would come with a nine-game conference slate and an annual nonconference game against their SEC rival.
Their conference champ game tiebreakers are going to be a cluster frick
