That's the true measure to me too-that is the average player ranking/points. And I take all the rankings with a grain of salt. These kids at this level, whether 2, 3, 4 or whatever star are really good athletes. The truest of tests becomes what's between the ears.

I can tell you that Coach Smart really, REALLY wanted this young man. I'm pretty sure he was defensive MVP at several UG camps and "Friday Night Light" events/7 v 7's. Living in an area that gets a lot of Georgia HS game broadcasts through GPB, I've seen 4-5 Oconee games and this young man is a player. Don't be surprised if he cracks the rotation year one. And don't sleep on his brother Wes who is one heckuva player too~!!

And what needs to be "refined"? Please tell me how you would go about this "refining"?

Logical analysis of the depth. One question though: you mention you like what you've seen of Martinez. Are you basing that off of watching game(s) on TV, or do you have practice and coach/game cutups on Martinez?
