I have a house and a condo that I have been renting out. I understand that if you sell your house and move to another you can take the profits from the house you sold and put it towards the new house free of taxes or capital gains taxes. Well we are selling our house and condo to upgrade. What are the rules regarding capital gains taxes on the condo which is a rental property?

What I mean is buying a lot and getting a contractor whom has built houses in this particular neighborhood to build it for me. What percentage is normal to save on the value of the home?

I talked to a guy who said 10 years ago he decided not to let 18-22 year olds decide his mood for the week and said he enjoys football that much more now

Crowton does have a buyout and his contract is guranteed just like Les. He was going to be let go on Monday but Lomgardi nixed it saying no buyouts. Thats why you heard of a press conference and it vanished into thin air
