It kills me when they complain about food deserts. That area of BR used to be BR with stores a plenty. There’s a reason while they are no longer there but the politicians and the grocery companies won’t say it.

I was looking at archived editions of my University’s newspaper and saw that Southwestern La used to be called the Bulldogs. Just curious when they changed to the Ragin Cajuns. Anyone recall?

Total failure of the “families” raising these criminals and the churches in these neighborhoods that are more focused on political action to supposedly help with their problems and the money they get from doing so rather than reaching out and ministering to the hearts and minds of these kids to prove to them there is a better way out.

No comment on the food but don’t go to Jones Creek location. Filthy, terrible service. Ordered online. When I was going in to pick my food up, the guy walking out says “ They need to burn this mf’er down!” Saw first hand why he said that.
