Just to follow up, if any of you have verizon, I was able to place phone calls, send text messages, and receive emails with one or two service bars. It would have been a whole lot more fun to have been a fishing trip than a work expedition.

I’d love to see an overhead shot of back where the roof rack was supposed to be, inside the trunk to see if it has my stereo, the door jamb plate to see if it was the war bonnet yellow originally. It had a few paint defects near the top of the body/rear wheel near the door handle.

I’m going look for pictures of mine, maybe I have an engine image to see if any of the aftermarket improvements line up.

If anyone is planning to go on Friday morning and would be willing to stop by Lot 375 (1971 Corvette) to take a few photos to send me I would be grateful. In the early 2000's, my dad and I purchased a black (not original paint color) 1971 corvette with the LT1 hood and no rack on the back to rebuild. If memory serves, the original color was war bonnet yellow. I think there is a decent chance this is the same car. I obviously don't have the old VIN handy to compare, but there are some features I would be able to recognize. I'd love to see the trim tag on the door pillar if it was coded for the original yellow paint job. So if anyone is going and would like to check it out for me, please email me at amarch3@gmail.com.
