in general, the lead hitter, to me, should be one of your best hitters and one of your best players. I want to put pressure on the opposing pitcher from the first pitch of the game.
Ideally, it's a person who has great plate discipline and the ability to hit a double. That's kind of how I would want to start the game, either with a walk or a double.

Does anyone remember a late night radio show back in the 80’s on WJBO that focused on legal issues ? It was a call in show, but I do think it was nationally syndicated and not a local show. I just can’t remember the name of it.
