Toe Nash. Ascension Parish cane field swamp thing
ive tried it. i ate eggs and beef, lots of butter and lots of olive oil. i buy my beef whole cow at a time and have two 12.5 cf chest freezers. snacks for me were leftover beef and more eggs

mental clarity was great, energy levels throughout the day were great and consistent

my crossfit workouts suffered. i did not have the easy energy for the high intensity cardio

weight dropped appx 6-9 pounds. it was noticeable in my face. it was more interesting to me than fun so i didnt gain much benefit from that

i could not sustain it strictly. i could not get over the carb cravings and would cheat periodically. i tried it for appx one year before incorporating more carb sources into my diet. i consume perhaps 1-2 cups rice/week (dry measurement). Part of me is curious to know if i could go back again with more mental strength, and no more crossfit, and see if i could sustain it better. but i doubt i try that life is good right now
my parents are 75 and id like to see if i can introduce it and convince them to start taking it. two questions
1 - what brand is recommended for quality and USA produced?
2 - any one page "leave-behinds" you recommend i can bring to their home that define what creatine is and why it is beneficial?

thanks
I own rentals in Lafayette, LA and have not raised rents in 8 years. i tried once on a vacancy appx 6 years ago - i tried to go to $1200k/mnth on a 2bd 2 bath, appx 1200 sq ft. no interest, then as soon as i lowered it to $1k, it leased

the market in my neighbor hood is soft. do any of you have auto increases in your lease and are you able to keep tenants?

thanks to all
i began my civil engineering firm 10 years ago on my own. There are no engineers in my family, and id worked w/ other firms for appx 6 years before starting. We do have a family history of entrepreneurship however, and i grew up farming and a bit in the real estate industry, which with their unconventional hours and everyday schedule helped to prepare me for entrepreneurship. For me, this is working on it and/or thinking about it every day

looking back, were i more focused on only engineering i couldve been more successful. but im attracted to many things and have various rental properties, tried commercial construction for a short time, and are developing a farm now. i now have 10 employees and are having to build up my team again after having let my first crop of developed talent get recruited out due to not monitoring the market closely enough. Colin Cowherd says it on his radio show often - "people dont leave their jobs, they leave their management", and this has proven very true for me. I just flat out am too intense at times for some people. I have since brought in an EOS implementer to get structure and processes in place for our daily operations and this was a great move for us. ive been greatly humbled, had to own my mistakes and learn from them, and are building it back again

all in all - entrepreneurship was the best decision ive ever made. i dont have a wife and family which made it easier. dont live with the regret though of not trying it if you have the urge. i love business and could talk about this all day. what are your business ideas?
would like to visit with you privately im hoping to develop a similar operation. please send an email if your willing asguill23 at hotmail
Before he want back to coaching for the Grizzlies, on his games calls it seemed he would diagram a great play from the game after EVERY commercial break. it seems crazy to write that does anyone else recall that? anyway that was my favorite time watching NBA easily. he seemed a great teacher
it is going to have serious ramifications on small businesses.

please elaborate. i know two 8A contractors - one majority-minority owned and one women-owned. both talked about at some point soon they would be "graduated" from this certification. what do you predict occurring?

recently learned of him and his book on oil, The Prize. anyone have any thoughts on this? id like to learn more on the origin story of our worldwide energy market, technology, politics, etc
squat rack all damn day. dont deny your self the balance aspect of barbell training

Crowdhealth opinions?

i stumbled upon this this morning LINK . getting out of the centralized medicine industry is attractive, and this has merit, on first review. Does anyone here have any experience with this?
any recs? i always enjoy a skilled journalist's product but i do not consume much of this in the political space. TIA
i switched to a mostly meat diet appx 6 years ago. feel great. todays food packed from home is 12 scrambled eggs and ~ 1lb grilled beef. both seasoned with S&P and heavy drizzle olive oil. i had IBS as a young adult which i suspect was brought on by binge drinking and shi**y food. all that went away with improved diet

build the habits of resistance training, movement and mobility, sun and earth contact on your bare skin. this is pure encouragement to stay with it!
what lifts do you use? your story sounds similar to mine. i bought a squat stand and some 2" olympic weights off craigslist, splurged on a rogue B+R bar and some used eleiko olympic plates. also have an assortment of kettlebells. i now lift at home with a focus on back squat, deadlifts and shoulder presses, with all sorts of random stuff in between. focusing on the compound lifts solved my issue which was similar to yours. consider grassfed beef, more sun exposure, cutting out anything processed - these are all things ive employed and all have contributed to my improvement
sounds great, but tallow sourced for this today would likely come from CAFOs, with-god-only-knows what gathered in that tallow. Anyone have any info on what, if anything, gathers or is stored in ruminant fat during growth?

74 yo old shoulder assessment

Posted by aldawg2323 on 10/10/24 at 6:43 am
my dad. complaining of intense shoulder pain this am while trying to deadhang which is part of our warmup to barbell back squat. Though he was able to do band pull-aparts with no uncommon discomfort

a close friend is an ortho, another is a chiro; but before i ask them for a recommendation id appreciate the boards opinion on where to begin assessing this issue

1. retired farmer, 5'7" ~170 lbs
2. quad bypass in 2016. good cardio reports since then
3. physically "beat up" from a farming career
4. has always complained of poor elbow and shoulder health throughout my life
5. i lift weights/exercise with him appx 1x/wk for past 5 years
6. i think it occurred while he was performing a roof repair a month ago, but not certain. this is the first time we have tried back squats since that work

please advise with any other questions. thanks to all
