Yes it's changed for this year, but they have proven they have no issue leaving the loser of that game out. And that UGA team would've had way more of a case than a 3 loss LSU would for this year. The playoffs for LSU require winning out the rest of the way almost for sure.

This is the one I was thinking we could get if he transferred. Everything about his recruitment said LSU until the last minute.

I remember after beating Bama in 2022 he was going crazy celebrating. Hopefully LSU has something working out with a DB coach that they can pitch. I know people on here are critical about Corey, but his name carries a lot of weight with DBs.

If LSU really was his main choice for most of his recruitment, I think having someone like Corey on board would be enough for him not to follow his DB coach to UGA.

I don't think this will happen as much as people are thinking.
1. The last 2 recruiting classes they've got are probably there for money and benefits not for Jimbo.
2. They fired him immediately after beating an SEC team 51-10, to me that more than likely points at them just having an upgrade already in place.

Anyone got a link to that article calling LSU the all time DBU? I want to read it but I can't find it on ESPN.

Unfortunately, this past seasons game vs Tennessee was my first time seeing LSU in Tiger Stadium.

I was in awe seeing all this stuff I'd only seen on TV since the 90s. Then the game started and it went downhill pretty fast.

The day before I left for the LSU and Tennessee game this year, I was talking to my friend about Tennessee wearing grey uniforms for that game and how id seen on here that LSU might be wearing all white. I told him I wish LSU would wear white jerseys,white pants but the two tone purple helmets from "silent season" uniforms.

Hes a Tennessee fan and he said that was even one of his favorite looking helmets. So its really cool to see it being worn by a (hopefully future LSU) player. Even if it is just for a campus tour photo shoot.

Irrelevant to this, but i dont want to start a thread for this. What has to happen for LSU to lock into the SECC? Someone made a thread about it last week breaking it down.
Obviously win out.
But can we secure a spot beating Arkansas or only after beating lesser Texas?
