I went to the "Jersey Shore" and thought I was going to see "The Situation" and " Snookie" from the MTV show and all that sleazy stuff.
I know some Jersey Shore islands are different from others but Long Beach Island, NJ was extremely nice, clean, very family friendly, very few obese people, fit women, and most surprisingly, very few tattoos....I was completely wrong.

re: MLB veteran crew chief umpires average over 450k salary. Why not require they not be obese

They get paid that bc of their Union, why do you think some airline captains are paid the same and New York construction workers, Chicago public school teachers are paid 6 figures, etc.

Who has less morals? Shipnuck or Phil?
You gotta love $ and the small amount of fame Shipnuck gains to write this shite.
Dude should go work for the TMZ type publications, but yea I clicked, felt dirty.
And I'm no Phil lover, believe there is probably worse stuff out there.

Probably a lot of people have not met their half siblings because they don't know they exist.

I felt the author praised his father in the book and kind of shite on his father's comrades.

I would echo all of that and add that the UNM course by the ABQ airport is badass and a tremendous value.
UNM is great, and extremely tough, being long and all the greens are elevated as hell with deep bunkers all around them...Fairways are more straight forward than other local courses but you better drive it far in order to get it high enough to hit those greens on your 2nd shot.
Problem is I paid over a $100 this past month as an out of State player, it was half that a few years ago...Sandia is better for the price.

I play in the area annually, was there in May.
Never played Las Campanas but have played pretty much everywhere else.
Black Mesa is awesome, especially the back nine. The price is ridiculously good, costs a little under $100 while it would cost $300 in Phoenix. Difficult course, especially if you haven't played it before but they finally got gps in the cart, which was needed.
Paako Ridge is the most high end course in the area (I assume Las Campanas is too) - Is expensive but worth it if you want to spend the $250 or so. More mountain golf than desert. I think Black Mesa and Paako are about equal but different - Paako = Mountain/Resortish - Black Mesa = Desert/Canyons/Rustic
I personally love Sandia - It is on the far North side of ABQ so an easy drive from Santa Fe. Is always in tip top shape, has really nice amenities and is not easy at all like the score card shows...
You will read Twin Warriors is better than Sandia...That is bullshite.
I think Black Mesa, Paako and Sandia are the best.

Guess he had a better life than me because it didn't bother me, I realized that's just "life."

Got rid of my lob wedge all together, I have a 48, 52 and 56, primarily chip with the 52 and pretty much use 56 for short sided bunker shots and those that need to get up in the air quickly. It has helped my scores tremendously
I have done the EXACT same....Do not need a lob wedge if you know how to open up a 56
