The best experience I had in Buenos Aires last June was visiting this small Wine bar/Gourmet Market in Palermo.
The owner Luciano is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He speaks perfect English and I feel lucky we just happened to stop in randomly to get out of the rain. Ended up going there every night it was open.
Met a bunch of people and he pointed us in all the right directions for our trip to Argentina.
He drinks with everyone in the bar and at one point he told me he had to walk home really quick and for me to watch the place (while it was full of people)

They're under $2 a grip if you buy in bulk plus I like that their mid-sized diameter is half way between most brands Standard and Midsize.

That is why when I leave to play golf, elevation changes is my top priority.
To the guy who mentioned Swope in KC, yea that place has PLENTY of elevation changes. I really liked Stone Canyon in Blue Springs/Independence too.
