I wouldn't call it outdated. The house is definitely old, but like I said it has been updated throughout. I certainly agree that $190 is way too much per sq ft, but what I cant figure out is what it is actually worth. The comps in the area range between $130-$170 from what I have seen, but why would this guy be asking so much more. I don't even think it would even come close to appraising for what he is asking.
That's not what I asked, but Its has actually been completely remodeled and rewired. Yes, it is an old house and I am aware there would be a lot of maintenance required, but we prefer houses with character and in a convenient location to a cookie cutter piece of shite on the outskirts of town that will be out of date and worth 50k less than I paid for it in 10 years.
The fiance and I are looking at a house in the hundred oaks/ Zeeland area. It's a 4br, 2 bath around 1800 sq ft. Seller is looking for $330K, which I know is way too much. But what would yall consider to be the high end of that market per sq ft of living area? Right now it's listed around $190/ft.
Yeah, COX is fricking terrible, but I don't won't switch to uverse because I will lose Cox sports for baseball season. This ridiculous that it is taking them this long to sort out this problem.
Overall he is a solid player. His coverage on deep routes is exceptional, but he needs to work on driving on shorter routes and improving his strength and tackling form.
Not enough people had Kurt Ainsworth on their lists.

I would like to change my username from negatiger2 as it no longer reflects my position on LSU athletics. If possible could an admin change my username to RonaldoWaldoFaldo. Thanks

Mahoney's is great if you want to pay $20 for a poboy. Stein's Deli is really good, Juan's is good for mexican, Lilette is awesome if you are looking for a fine dining experience.

I made a reservation to go here on Sunday. I have heard good things, but would like to get y'alls feedback. What should I order and what should I stay away from?
