I was there tonight. So happy for him.
If the Rays get any consistent hitting, they have a good chance of making the playoffs because pitching is elite.

Liberty Hotel is a remodeled prison. It’s a Marriott property located on the T. Right next to Mass General.

Comerica is a great stadium. Try to sit in the section with the wooden seats with a table between each seat. We haven’t seen anything like it at any park. We’ve been to about 20 parks now.
We stayed in the Novi area and would drive to the games, but downtown is nice with plenty of places to hang out.
We love old school Italian restaurants. Amore di Roma was great. It’s in the Eastern Market area. The Eastern Market was a fun place to walk around.
Henry Ford museum is a must see.

As one of seven Rays’ fans and also a LSU fan, this is the only thing tonight that has brought me happiness. Our stadium is in shambles, but I can still feel joy at the thought of the trashy Yankee fans and especially that douche Juan Soto feeling a little pain tonight. Also, Aaron Boone needs a lifetime contract.

The Wander fiasco really messed up the organization. However, the FO is so good. I believe Rays have the #1 farm system in baseball right now.
Orioles are so talented. They’re the best team I’ve seen this year. I can’t believe Yankees are even close to the O’s.

Family and I are going to a few games in the next few weeks. We will be staying in the downtown area. Any advice on things to see? Places to avoid? Do we need to get a rental car? TIA.
