I hope so but I don't give a shite what any Horn Fans thinks.

Neither do I, but a few of my fellow Husker fans are a little sensitive to the charges of "destroying" a conference. They have a soft spot for Kansas, Iowa St. and other teams we faced for nearly 100 years. I tell them Nebraska was the only school that didn't want Texas and their cronies in the Big 8 in the first place while the other Big 8 members welcomed them with open arms. I tell them to grow thick skin and not worry about what Horns fans are saying or writing.

Nebraska and Colorado have halftime shows like these to look forward too.

The PA announcer proclaimed the SWC would last "forever" with Arkansas gone.
If it's the NBA or MLB, players should honor the contracts they sign since it's guaranteed, regardless of whether they get injured. Having said that, I don't have an issue with NFL players holding out. Chris Johnson could blow out his knee tomorrow and get cut without the Titans have to pay him a dime.

Question for Arkansas fans

Posted by Geaux Big Red on 8/2/10 at 9:17 pm
Does Texas still hold a grudge against you guys for bolting the SWC? And do they blame Arkansas for the demise of the SWC? Being a Nebraska fan, I am amazed how Horns fans cannot comprehend it was Texas that was looking to leave the Big 12 long before Nebraska considered bolting. Yet, when the Big 12 inevitably collapses, Texas will blame us.
The Hilltoppers are a force to be reckoned with.

No one remembers that that game wasn't quite as bad as the score indicated. I mean, it was bad, but Miami got two really late defensive TDs to run up the score

Instead of 44-3, it would have been 30-3 without the two late Miami TDs. Not as bad as it seemed.

Looking for LSU-Nebraska highlights

Where can I find highlights of the 1983 Orange Bowl and the 1985 and 1987 Sugar Bowls? I searched youtube and the closest I got was the intro for the 83 Orange.
