Upgrade Our Video Conference Room
Posted by PearlsLSU on 1/25/23 at 9:04 am
Looking to upgrade out video conferencing quality/ capabilities at our office. It's a small conference room (3-5 people). Want to be able to both connect with clients at their homes, but also bring clients in to the conference room in our office and have a seamless, high quality meeting/ presentation with an employee who is in a different office.
Currently we just stream a laptop with camera to a TV in the conference room.
We use Microsoft Teams.
Any recommendations?

Rat problem in Lakeview NOLA. Keep eating my green backyard tomatoes. I've caught a few in rat traps. Any better ideas than the snap traps?
Best bait to use in the snap traps?
I've got a dog that uses the yard.

Nice. I've got a traditional gas stove top. Can I use a round bottomed WOK?
New Wok- Recommendations

I'm putting a Wok on my christmas list. Any recommendations?
I was looking at this one. But is is only 12 inches. Blue Carbon Steel so it needs to be seasoned like cast iron.

re: i ate brussel sprouts for the 1st time last night

Yep. Most of those really good restaurant brussel sprouts are fried.
I roast them with ghee or bacon fat, salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes once a week. So good.

Gosh. That south dip brought the eye wall back over the island again. Unending for them.

Shhhh.
Ha. skip the tourist line and order from the bar. Don't tell anyone else though. I'd go with fried shrimp at parkway if i had 1 choice.
re: Does anyone have a good red beans and rice recipe for the instant pot?
Posted by PearlsLSU on 7/2/19 at 10:42 am
I still soak the beans.
Use saute function to cook down trinity.
Add beans and bay leaves.
Cover with liquid. (Stock or water) Leave about an inch of liquid over the beans.
Set pressure cooker for 1 hour. Manually release when done.
Add sausage/ salt/ creole seasoning to taste. Done.

I planted 4 patio tomato plants in smart pots 6 weeks ago. They all produced tomatoes similarly but now do not show any new tomatoes. Are they done or should i continue to maintain?
I also put some peppers into smart pots at the same time. I have gotten a few jalepenos and 2 bellpeppers. Assuming those should still produce moving forward?
Anything specific I should be doing to them. I fertilized when i got them.
Thanks. No real room for a garden so trying to grow some vegetables in smart pots this year on the patio.

re: Need to switch to brown rice.....favorite brand?

Use the pre riced cauliflower rice. I use for just about everything now. I think it tastes better than brown rice anyway.
re: Ways to use kimchi.

Whole foods has a kimchi siracha thick sauce. I put that shite on everything now. Basically just blended kimchi. No sugar.
