We need “portable mortgages”. They are common outside of the US. Borrower takes their current rates with them.

Some people actually like propane better for performance. It’s definitely less convenient, but 99.99% of all outdoor appliances can be ordered in either propane or natural gas. Propane tanks will it up some of your storage as well.

He was only at Jesuit because his dad was the AD at Tulane. His dad has been AD at several stops including ND. Danny is a ND graduate and he makes almost 3m at Tenn. He’s not coming to LSU. I’d love to see it but it doesn’t make sense. Tennessee is the better job.

The same thing that government backed student loans and Tops (in Louisiana) have done to college costs. Cost will rise and those who paid previously will pay more. I am sure there will be income requirements so some may not even see a benefit at all.
