The same thing that government backed student loans and Tops (in Louisiana) have done to college costs. Cost will rise and those who paid previously will pay more. I am sure there will be income requirements so some may not even see a benefit at all.

Had ours since November, it does a great job, it does get hung up on the vacuum hose and a shallow step sometimes. But overall it’s been pretty good.

It’s not that big, I hadn’t measured it but likely 500-750 square feet. I want to use a limestone base because in the coming years I will be adding a bbq area.

Everyone needs to calm down! There is 100% a 15 year old child from a local high school fighting for his life and it’s not looking good. I’ve heard several different stories of how it happened and can’t confirm any so I will not post details. Just say a pray for the boy and his family. regardless of how it happened, who’s to blame, who should teach there kids gun safety etc a young man may lose his life and a family a child.

I believe OT will still be taxed, but it won’t be taxed at such a high rate. It will be taxed as normal income. Now they need to work on commission and bonuses..

My kids pay for their car insurance and gas. We pay for their first car and it’s intended to get them through college.
