To you and many others on this board - it's OK to have an unexpressed thought.
Waking up some old brain cells:

Southern Radio is now Southern Electronics . They seem to be geared more towards industrial components, but might be worth a try.

The only other one that I recall is Menard's, but they've since closed up shop.
Since the demise of Radio Shack I've used Jameco Electronics & Mouser.

If they have it on stock, Mouser is usually 2 day delivery. Jameco is a bit slower.
I suspect her mother was popping Tylenol pills like Tic-Tacs.
And the next thing you know, one of these is asking for Sarah Conner in a thick German accent.

New Briggs & Stratton engines are crap. I bought one to put on my 30+ year old Snapper mower, and after two runs it plugged up.

No more B&S BS for me.
You may have my share.

There's only one thing I'll eat with hairs.
I too am awaiting the return of the Around the World (hold the anchovies).
Been saving a big fruit bomb zin to go with one last FDL pizza pie.
Kirk will kick your arse and frick your woman,

Picard will talk you to death.

Kirk all day.
A couple of ideas:
- if the rust-thru area is small, try some oversize (fender) washers to spread the load.
- if the above won't work, get a piece of heavy gauge sheet (1/8" or so) to patch the area.

And as always, a pic of the damage in question will help to narrow down repair options.

I went to the 10- and 30-year reunions.

At the 30-year reunion I finally realized that other than spending 4 years in the same school, I no longer had anything in common with these people.

I have much more in common with the people I worked with for forty years, so I make an effort to meet up with them.

I bought a spool of 12/2 w/gnd UF-B direct burial cable for a project that never took place.

If you're in/near Baton Rouge, I'll make you a deal on it.
If you are near BR, give B&B Faucet Repair on Florida Blvd a try. Odds are good they have new valve stems & seats that will fix your problem.
