How did they obtain the data for this analysis?
1. The judge did not rule that deporting illegals is unconstitutional. The judge ruled that Trump could not use the AEA to deport them, which presumably would require the more onerous use of immigration law, hearings, etc.

2. This is a district court. There will be appeals. Hopefully, the government laid a sufficient evidentiary foundation to allow the court of appeals and Supreme Court to rule in their favor.
We do not need this. Four is plenty.

This is not a big state. We do not need to apportion law schools geographically. It adds nothing to the education of the lawyer. It does not guarantee that lawyers will live near the law school they graduated from.

This should be shot down quickly.

And yet, here we are, with a 6 run lead in the bottom of the 8th.

Maybe, perhaps, just maybe, our NC winning coach knows more about baseball than the average poster on this board?

My only regret is that I have but one life to give for this PSA.
Isn’t every vote he casts in Cali a new violation and crime or part of a continuing criminal enterprise such that the statute only started running, at the earliest, in Nov. 2024?
It was a unanimous decision. Where’s the hate for Alito and Thomas. I think I know.

Moreover, there was an order in place since 2019 prohibiting him from being deported. There was no way the government wins that fight.

I do. The legal literacy rate in this country is almost nonexistent. But your analysis was on point.
All nine members agreed judicial review was available. The 5-4 was on the procedural question of how to access that review
With the exception of Korea, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Rwanda, Somalia, Argentina, the UK, Cambodia, India, Pakistan, and probably more, not to mention international terrorism.
According to who? This Board or Adam Schiff? See the problem now?
Read about FDR's first term. Judges, and specifically the Supreme Court, came within inches of derailing the New Deal.
It's not just the judges, it's the opposition party. Without the lawsuits, the judges are meaningless.

You can say that again.
Not the same. Censorship applies to anyone trying to say something the powers that be don't like.

These rules apply to companies doing business with and receiving money from the federal government. They've already agreed in their contracts to comply with guidelines promulgated by the federal government. They could apply for a waiver, and might get it. Otherwise, they lose the contracts for noncompliance.

Gotta love LSU fans. A perfect season for them would be an undefeated team, winning the national championship, and firing the head coach.
They’re passing it on in repair costs and service costs.
Neither was Elon Musk. Maybe we need someone else to run DOGE.

The problem isn't that they're foreign born, it's that they're willing to adopt tortured interpretations of the law to fit their liberal world view.
The National Archive website tells you that there is more to come.
