mom died with dementia, and apparently had great hearing until she died at 84. Dad was deaf as a post and was perfectly lucid until he died at 94 from copd. ...

allowing testimony from women for whom no charges were ever brought is effectively telling the jury "Old Harve has been doing this for years, so you ought to convict him of this one." the reputation of being a rapist is not evidence that he committed this rape, and the jury must base their decision...

the landlord can sue you in the location where the apartment is, then attempt to serve you via certified mail at the address you gave them. Refused mail is proof of service. I also send a copy of the citation via regular mail 14 days later. Landlord goes into court to show where you gave this ad...
