Help find Old Video? Opening Day on Public for Duck Hunting
Posted by TexasTiger1984 on 7/28/23 at 9:54 am
Hey Guys - need help finding a video that i think was posted here at some point. It was of opening day of duck season on public land and there were about 100 boats on the water at night and it was mass chaos when everyone was leaving the starting docks. Anyone know the one i'm talking about?

I tend to get kidney stones. Sometimes when they pass the ureter they’ll sit right on a nerve that connects directly with your nut. Feels like someone has your ball in a vice and it comes in waves. But smaller stones will feel more like a dull pain, like you got thumped

Not really considering that a decent portion of the battery materials can be recycled and reused
This is not true for lithium or cobalt to the extent that they can be reused but they don't maintain their efficiency

Where is lithium available from?
Cobalt is one of the most imporant elements for batteries. It provides energy density and performance and is important for stability and safety. Without cobalt, there are no electric cars.
And cobalt is what is mined in the Congo by kids

Pulsar XM38 or XG50 is exactly what you’re looking for in that range. Those models are 2 years old now so they might have something newer on the market but those are both great scopes

Maybe this is me being a p***y, but I've always thought marriage counseling is for those who can't just talk it out on their own and/or for marriages that are already toast.
I used to think that as well but we ended up going to A few sessions. Think of it as having a referee. And with a referee, they’ll point out stuff not only that you need to work on but stuff your wife should work on as well - same things that you may have mentioned to your wife but she wasn’t as willing to listen bc it was coming from you, but coming from a therapist she may hear it differently.

I'm in better physical shape than I was when we got married. I probably don't try to her romance her like I used to. One consistent quarrel we have is that I am just about always the one to initiate the sex we have and that aggravates me as I feel like if she really wanted to have sex she would try to initiate it sometimes as well.
My man, men have to initiate 90% of the time. And if someone tells you otherwise they found a woman in that 10% or they’re lying. At least that’s my perspective as a 38 year old whose been married 9 years and has two kids under five.

If you were to ask her, what reasons would she give for why y’all are having trouble? Is there something should be looking within yourself for?

We do try to make "us time", but the conversation just doesn't flow as well as our younger years when we were still in the "lovey dovey" phase. I think she was a much more easy going person before kids and the social isolation from the lockdowns, but now that's changed and I'm not sure if it can get back to the way it was.
I think every single marriage has been in that same exact boat. Can’t give up now. It’ll never be the same as when you were in the lovey dovey phase, that doesn’t last forever. For better or for worse are part of the vows for a reason. You have to go back to the root of why you fell in love in the first place. This too shall pass, but you can give up.

Divorce? shite that’s normal for someone married ten years with three young kids. Y’all gotta work through it, work on communicating more effectively and taking time for yourselves - without distractions, such as your phone, when you finally get time alone. Find those common interests again that don’t only involve the kids

I work for a company that has the largest CO2 source fields and pipelines in the US. We actually drill for naturally occurring CO2 in SW Colorado, clean it, put it in a 30" pipeline and send it down to our west texas oil fields for enhanced oil recovery. Co2 injection down hole is pretty straight forward. Yes the CO2 is harsher but you just have to use the correct materials for the application such as stainless valves etc. and chrome alloy's for your casing/tubing. CO2 pipelines and injection wells for EOR are nothing new and nothing to be scared of.
However, I will say that I'm not familiar with CO2 injection into caverns for disposal/storage. I'd assume the cavern would have to have appropriate geology to ensure no seepage.
But injection wells for disposal are used for all sorts of things. For example, a lot of oil wells see naturally occurring radio activity downhole which impregnates itself into the casing. So when casing is old and pulled out of hole it cannot be used again. So there are companies that take the casing, cut it up, melt it down into a slurry and then inject the radio active material down disposal wells.

Had one at the camp last year. Used our propane torch after dropping gas in the hole. Got close enough and just blasted the hell out of it. Spent the next two days drinking beer and picking off stragglers in the air with the flamethrower. Good times
