Ills give you that point, but I've noticed that it's helping to change the way I'm thinking about food. It does help to remove the "pleasure" association with it. That helps to diminish the "food noise" that a lot of people who struggle with weight have.

I was off it for about 2 months because of supply issues. I didn't gain anything back and was pretty much able to stay on the plan I came up with to keep me from wanting to puke every time I ate.
I'm type 2 diabetic and on it. Lost close to 40 lbs so far and have been able to decrease my insulin by about 75%. I'm highly resistant to many meds and have fought type 2 for a long time. This has been a game changer for me.

It pretty much slows your stomach emptying. It's easy eat too much at the beginning. If you overeat, you'll be miserable. Just follow your body cues and not the "food noise" and you'll be fine.
Also rumors of members of the football team running a massive drug operation in Natchitoches
It always looks closed when I drive past when we go back to visit.
I grew up in Montpelier. There are a bunch of worse places to live. The problem is the lack of quality schools unless you go to Oak Forest.
How much of a hassle is it going to be travelling to Anaheim with my 16 year old unvaccinated daughter the week after Christmas?
Group A Monday and Wednesday, Group B Tuesday and Thursday, planning on Friday.

Labor Day is going to screw my lesson plans up.
It's actually way more work than people think. I've spent the last month preparing for the hybrid system and I may be done before we start.

Disclaimer:
I'm a teacher and am screaming to go back normally. Districts are making these decisions based on fear and not facts.

That particular judge has a history of unfathomable decisions. She gave my sister's ex-husband domiciliary rights after my sister moved all the way to St. Francisville in what should have been an open and shut case.

Westlake has a small town feel. Kinda surrounded by plants though. Traffic can be tough, but its temporary. A lot of it should be gone when the plant projects are complete. Westlake also has some of the better schools in the area. As far as kids, the town has a great rec sports program, most of it is free.

Awesome.

Try to get in touch with them before spring. They may be able to get you into a spring game.

How does one get into officiating?

Depends on your association. In Lake Charles we start having meetings the week after the 4th of July and have until the end of August to sign up usually. There is a rules test that you have to pass with a certain score to get on the field. If you go to the officials tab on lhsaa.org you will find a list of assignment secretaries that you can contact to get more info.
We are short on officials statewide. That is the number one reason we are seeing a lot of Thursday night games. If anyone feels that they can do a better job than what they saw last night, they are more than welcome to try.??

heard it was Lake Charles but wherever they're from they need to be suspended if not fired. It was blatantly bad.

Just defending my guys here, the two Lake Charles crews were at Logansport and West Monroe.

What and how do they figure travel pay?

Each association is different, but I believe the going rate is 25 cents/mile from a central meeting point, I could be mistaken. Since we travel as a crew, it either goes to the driver or the white hat.
