Married 19 years, all of our accounts are joint accounts but my checks go into one and hers go into a different one. It's just easier to keep track of balances if two people are actively using the same account.We both have Debit cards to each others accounts and complete access.

Generally we buy what we want, when we want to. This just makes it much easier for us.

Yeah, heard that in 2008, no chance UF would be able to outscore OU. Funny what happens when you play a team with a defense (meaning not a B12 team). What was OU's average scoring that year? Lead the nation at 50.7. They got 14.

Dude has an exaggerated sense of self worth... Racisim, the very thing they try to rid society of pays their paychecks.... If they succeed then they are out of a job. Rev. Al needs income to pay his taxes and loans he's a 'smidge' behind on.

I'm a white guy, middle class, married w/ kids (so I've gotten laid at least three times). I interact with people from all races and nationalities on a daily basis. I treat them with respect, they treat me with respect and we all get along great.

ETA: There's a black Annie movie out, too bad your peeps didn't pony up the money for tickets.......

If you're that upset about the lack of diversity, you options are to move up into upper management and hire more blacks so you can feel better or quit and find a company that's more racially suited to your tastes.

My life is pretty good, it could quickly become hell if someone were to break into my house and attempt to harm myself, my wife, or my children.

I live in a good area, feel quite safe in my home, just believe in being prepared.

For the original question, depends on the my mood. 1911 on nightstand usually (also my carry piece) but I have a few loaded pistols stashed that my wife or I could grab in a pinch.

Shotgun is a great option, my home defense one is always loaded and ready for action.

I was listening when they interviewed one of the guys that did one of the autopsies a while ago, according to him the head shot was what killed him, without it, as long as he made it to the hospital in any reasonable time he would have survived. A lot of this hits were arms and extremities that wouldn't necessarily have brought him down.

in the heat of the moment, he probably didn't even feel any of the shots, the head one was pretty much immediate dirt nap. All defensive carry classes say to shoot until the threat stops. 15-25 feet away isn't far when someone's charging you. I think the phrase is if they are within 25', you won't even be able to get the goun out and ready....
