Never actually stabbed but in HS the black kid next to me threatened to stab me in the neck with a pencil because I refused to censor myself when the class was reading Huckleberry Finn out loud. Felt it was stupid when the others would say African-American and the like when they read passages.

She took Ms Marvels powers I thought.
Not sure, I just remember it was Carol Danvers she got the powers from and have no idea if she had different powers as Ms. Marvel compared to Captain Marvel. At the very least the MCU version has the flight and super strength so could work if they go that route.
re: X Men Casting Update, Inde Navarrette is Rogue

I haven't watched much from the MCU since Endgame, is Captain Marvel still around? If so, maybe we could actually get the classic 80s/90s version of Rogue with the flight and super strength. The cartoon (as well as Spiderman cartoon) was my first introduction to the X-Men and Marvel in general, so that's always been my favorite version of Rogue.
Smallville with 217 episodes
Stargate SG-1 with 214 episodes and a couple movies.
Jag has 227 but not sure I ever finished/watched them all.

It may seem insignificant but it takes you out of the movie. It would be similar to him going out to the parking lot and getting into a police marked Ferrari and going on patrol.
Hey, if the Czechs can have one, why not US?

Who exactly is "underrating" it?
The show always got glowing reviews and one of the most acclaimed shows in history.
I think it was underrated by the general audience, it's up there with Breaking Bad and other shows but never had great viewership numbers.

Would like to see Anya as Black Cat or Gwen Stacy
I'd rather they bring her back as Illyana/Magik, it wasn't a good movie but I liked her in New Mutants.

Has anyone ever seen a WNBA highlight?
Do videos of balls bouncing off rims, falling short of the basket, etc. count as highlights? If so, then yes I have.

re: Has any MLB team ever won 41 games before June 1st?

Ugh, reminds me of the 2001 Mariners. They were 40-12 before June but of course didn't even make it to the WS. Then took about 20 years to get back to the playoffs. Hopefully won't be another 20 for another chance at WS.

Possibly some men of culture if she had appeared in something like this (NSFWish):

re: If you had to get up right now and run to the Mississippi River how long would it take?
Posted by eiasjsf on 3/24/26 at 1:04 pm to OysterPoBoy
About 1700 miles which would be around a couple weeks of nonstop running 24/7 so would be a while.

Whats with the down votes? Dumas's mother was a black slave.
It was actually his grandmother that was a slave, his mother was a white French woman.

I just know they are comedians (or at least Ryan Long is, I've seen clips of some of his standup) that do various skits like this one:

It's the Rams, they are almost always a tough opponent for SEA the last 10+ years and it's pretty much a 50/50 game regardless of how good the teams are doing that season.
re: When it comes to cheating, who is more to blame: the married or the mistress?
Posted by eiasjsf on 1/15/26 at 5:39 pm to BamaCoaster
I think it depends on how much, in this case, the mistress knew. If she didn't know he was married, then it's 100% on the husband. If she knew he was married, then she is at least 50% at fault but the husband is still 100% at fault.
