My favorite thing about last night us that the coaching staff wasn't satisfied with the performance. That bodes well for the future.

If the interior D-line was suspect, I doubt Clemson would have had negative rushing yards into the mid 4th quarter.

Well I've seen 3 drops, one causing an int. Then there have been several tipped passes. That kind of stuff won't happen every week.
Just completing the 3 drops makes him 12 for 19 for 150 ish yards. That's more than 10 yds per completion . So keep your panties on chicken littles.

Scrambling is one thing. Hard to defend a great creator and scrambler. But the zone read specifically is not a difficult concept. It just takes self controlled DE's. The DE is completely unblocked on a zone read. He CANNOT go with the RB. He has to stay home and make the QB hand the ball off. The RB is not his job.
Let the DE's know that if they EVER crash down the line of scrimmage on the RB they are going to the bench. Put another one in until someone gets it!

I saw a clip of him talking to Bill Mahr and thought he sounded pretty smart and an unapologetic believer in Jesus.
