Just like in the nfl, you should never use high capital on a Running back, same for college. Do not use large portion of NIL on a running back, would be a waste of resources. Put that money towards offensive lineman that can actually run block, and watch the run game explode. There’s atleast 5 runningbacks every recruiting cycle that come out of Louisiana that can produce behind a good offensive line.

Zero chance he doesn’t coach there rest of season for Ole Miss
Only thing Herb is currently doing better than Daniels is 3 point shooting percentage, but its pretty drastic on that.

Sports Reference
Only way they can play together is with a legit stretch 5. Not sure if you can also play Herb with both of them in lineup, just not enough shooting.

Future is no Zion and Queen at the 4.

Zion trade thought of the day.

Zion and Missi to the Detroit Pistons

Ivey, Duren, and a 1st round pick to Pelicans.
Pistons aren't looking to extend either of them, at least that was reported.

Murray / Fears
Ivey / Poole
Murphy / Herb
Queen / Bey
Duren / Matkovic

This team need a major reset.

I wouldn't just trade to move down in the draft, I would trade our picks for future picks and completely tank this thing out.

Anyone concerned that he plays in an offense that has him getting shotgun snaps from 10 yards back? Feels like he'll have quite the adjustment when he gets to college.
I find it interesting that the Governor announced a massive federal contract for Bollinger and thanked Trump for assistance, and now just 2 weeks later reports of a one donor buyout.

Rich people don't worry about this shite. He would be in some gated community with full time security.

What else would it be?
I thought Rattler played the single best game a Saints Qb has played since Brees retired. He was fantastic.

You are absolutely correct. Playmakers let him down.
I think the potential deal that could be out there is AJ Brown to a 3rd team, Chris Olave to eagles and picks to Saints

Saints better not trade for AJ brown

Mavericks at 39.5 seems kind of crazy?

Think they will be a lot better, but I guess the thought is Kyrie won’t be back at all. AD and Flagg will cause fits.

re: Taysom Hill is back!!!

He’s worth 10mil a year when healthy. Predictability kills offensives.

Having Taysom on the field helps eliminate that predictability.

He can be used as a fullback, tight end, running back, and wide receiver.

Doesn’t even include the QB element.

There a very short list of players in the NFL you could say that about.

I’m expecting to see Moore utilize him more. We are playing with so much pace and having Taysom in the game going no huddle gives him a lot of options and keeps the same 11 defensive players on field.

Doubtful this late in week does equal out

Passing Targets to RBs

Posted by LSU4ever2002 on 9/16/25 at 7:40 am
Our offense seems to be lacking one of the biggest advantages we have.

Other than screens, I haven’t seen any targets to running backs out of the backfield. Choice routes, angle routes, etc.

Between Durham, Johnson, and Berry, we have 3 guys that should be mismatches over linebackers and safeties in the receiving game.

Especially in a game like Florida where it feels we are playing to avoid the pass rush. These are all ideal quick hitting passes.

I’m not saying they are Kamara or Mccaffery, but we should be utilizing them more similarly.

This also goes forThomas when he’s in backfield.

Play JJ, RS Berry

Thinking Harlem Berry would stay at LSU for 5 years is absurd.

In the very unlikely chance he would, just means he isn’t who we think he is

Play him.
Judging people is also a sin

Kind of misleading. We ran the ball in long situations, due to our defense dominating and being conservative, which negatively impacted the average.

That should help your ypc if your running when the defense is playing pass for 3rd and long.
