Ok then, what was the excuse last year on defense? Still gave up last minute game winning drives and big yardage games, and lost 3 more! Its always next year, next year, next year!!!!
Baylor would Seriously put up 70 plus on LSU! And even then, Miles' stuck in the mud offense will run it up the middle on 1st and 2nd down, and try to pass for 1st on 3rd down! Lol.

Go head psyche, cause we know he is one of those monkeys, lol! Yeah, only chance we have? What a joke, what, only chance we have to be 105th in passing offense again you fricking assclown!
I was at the LSU Arkansas Game in the Superdome in 81 in Regional semis, and also vs Wichita St a couple days later, Then in 86, I was at the Purdue and Memphis St games in the first two rounds of the NCAA Tourney! Unbelievable excitement and energy in all of those games, but the 86 games were just unfrickingbelievable with the home and smaller venue!Never will forget those moments, and nothing has been close to it since Daddy Dale left!
We beat Arizona St but Erickson wasnt the head coach at the time, it was Dirk Koetter or however he spells his last name.
Don't know most lopsided win, but in 96 regional final at the Box, we beat Ga Tech 29 - 13, after scoring like 16 or so runs in the 7th or 8th. Definitely biggest arse whooping in huge game, along with 21 -7 or whatever we beat UC Irvine by in 08' final at the final game ever at the old Box!
Also in 97', Bama beat us 28 - 2 think the final was. We then knocked them off on Sunday to win the SEC regular season title. They then beat us in the SEC tourney final, but we then won the one that really counted in the CWS final, 13 - 6. 97' was a hell of an eventful year, as we hit a never to be broken probably 188 homeruns, including atleast 1 in every game, and atleast one by every player on the team too! 40 homeruns by Brandon Larson, 57 wins, and 2nd CWS Championship in a row!
Brett Laxton struck out 16 WheatShockers in 93' cG, Jack Lamabe was coach before Bertman, and as far as SEC teams we have encountered in Omaha, I know Florida in 91 and 96, Bama in 97', Miss St in 98', Arkansas in 09', we lost to South Carolina in one of Laval's years , I guess maybe in 04 or so.

Brad Wilson was on 3rd on Morris' homerun in 96'. Larson MVP in 97 and single season HR leader with 40 in 97' also! Most wins was 57 in 97' also, we came close in 09' with 56. I have to recheck other questions, I'll be back!
I was wondering if Bobby V's was still around! I spent quite a bit of time in Dallas, Arlington, Bedford, and Los Colinas in the early 90's. Bobby Valentine was the manager of the Rangers back then when Nolan Ryan was pitching for them. Didn't know if he still had restaurant and bar after he left Rangers! It was always fun back then!
Cause we are the only team that has only had to play Vndy, Miss St. , and Tennesssee! Rah fricking Rah! Lets see what the SEC record is after the next 5 SEC games. We will be lucky as hell to win any of them, especially if Jefferson plays much. But as Long as Miles is here, we are in deep shite! Can't be much luckier than yesterday though, or at Miss St last year!
Ahh bullshite, THE NORMAL thing we hear from blockhead is some foolish jibberish shite that absolutely makes NO sense, even though you sunshine pumpers think you and everyone else should easily understand it! Miles has no clue and EVERONE can see that, and he seriously has some mental problem, but LSU has the biggest problem because we are on the hook for millions with this clown, and he is an enmbarrasment a minute for LSU, and noone can deny that! He is a laughing stock, and it makes LSU look so foolish. I could give a shite about the misleading as HELL 5-0 record, and completely overblown ranking. Starting next week lets see how many people on here that love and support Elmer Fudd will be bragging about record and ranking, and then especially after Bama, Auburn, Ole Miss, and Arkansas!
I love LSU Baseball, but this years team is not going to EASILY run through ANY regional of ANY kind! SEC tourney, if we make it, could be really bad also, cause all teams are very good!
Yeah Soulja. you are right, 114 - 26 is incredible, especially in baseball where talent is really spread around, especially in the SEC, and in midweek games any team on any night can take you down cause our top starters never start, and teams we play often pitch some of their top guys midweek against us. But especially against SEC competition going 52 - 15 last 67 is just unbeleivable when you realize just how good the teams are we play week in and week out!

I don't know exactly, but I think they would have to have averaged atleast over 8000 tickets sold a game to exceed the Box, but hell, I don't know exact figures, I'll admit that.
Just for the hell of it, what was the average amount of tickets sold in 06 Final Four year. Doubt it was what it is at the Box. ut I like Trent Johnson, and think he will do well, and I used to love LSU bball, but it will never overtake baseball here again though I just don't think. But I hope it starts to go great starting next year though. Plus Brady was never gonna draw well here!

Obviously the Tv deals make basketball make more money than baseball, however, regardless the frick of that, Baseball damn sure outdraws basketball, and a hell of a lot more people around here care about baseball than basketball. No shite about the money from tv contracts and all of that, but basketball can't touch baseball here buddy, as far as atmosphere, success, and just a hell of a lot more fun, and THAT is a FACT!
I'm not comparing it to the pros, just said could you imagine if a mlb team started off that well, and only used it cause only mlb baseball plays so many games in a year to reference it to. I just don't think all that many people really realize just how many games we have won and how few we have lost since that great 23 game winning streak back in 08' Just wanted to point it out, and how pretty damn incredible what Manieri and the boys have been doing is!
Well no kidding about the parity in MLB, my point was just how good that record is, and I only used that since only in MLB do they play so many in a season. I will guarantee no other college team has anywhere near that good a record in their last 140 played. And for the "link" guy, we finished the 08 season on a 26-3 run after we won 23 in a row, we won 2 of 3 from Irvine, and went 1-2 in Omaha (Losing to UNC, beating Rice, and losing to UNC again), and then last year we went 56 - 17, and now this year 32-6. And as far as the SEC record, we won last 12 reg season games and all 4 SEC Tourney games for 16 straight SEC wins in 08', 20 - 10 SEC reg season and 5 - 1 SEC tourney last year, and 11 - 4 SEC so far this year, making LSU 52 - 15 vs SEC competition last 67 played. Pretty damn incredible, and SEC is best baseball conference year in and year out.
