You're both struggling with this. They are there as a show of force (both internally and externally), but they will mostly be in a "kicking boxes" role. Logistics focus, security an implied task.
This is all CYA act like we are doing something. They paid millions for a consulting group to review 2 years or so ago.

Their findings were to basically disband all specialty units other than homicide and put everyone out on the street due to their critical shortage.

Do you think they followed the guidance they paid for?
About 1x a month for the last 10 years.
I'm not disagreeing... But I'm sure your city has it all sorted out.
This is gonna sound selfish (on someone else's behalf... Idk). If they have the potential to be a high tier WR (Jalen Brown, Chris Hilton). I wouldnt want to even risk making them mad and "wasting" a year of development.

Between the guys who were already going to play the nickel, tweeners like Toviano and Jordan Allen, and the 2 freshman. Just fang and and see what happens.
Think he also forgot Jeremiah Hughes unless I'm missing something. Also Toviano will play CB.
He's not in the team photo.

Brian Kelly literally said last week that he had a great spring game, he expected that momentum to continue and improvement to continue and it did.

This says so much about you... And you don't even realize it. You a church going man?

We appreciate it. No shot I'd ever want to work for you. The filtering goes both ways.
Sermon is always hurt. Does me no good on the IR.

Hello all, never posted on PT before. But I just have to bring light that this AP Stylebook web page exists. I won't even need to highlight the strange parts of it; as you read it they'll just keep coming.

Truly bizarre.

Tiger Nation! Three of my friends from the Marine Corps are heading to their first Baton Rouge tailgate this weekend (Michigan, TCU, and Clemson fans). The stars have already aligned for records, weather, and a night game, so I'm shooting for one more.

I'm from Louisiana, but just moved back from California a couple of months ago and I have not found anyone I know with a defined tailgate setup. I want to give these guys the full experience, and you all know what that entails. I'll show them Mike, the band walking down the hill, etc. but I really don't want them to miss out on a Washer Board tournament.

If anyone is willing to bolster their tailgate crew with 4 drunk, yet somehow responsible college football enthusiasts, it would be much appreciated. Looking forward to showing them some southern hospitality and :geauxtigers:.
Ok kinda what I figured. Thanks.
Hello All,

After living in California for some years and having just moved back to Louisiana, I am attempting to plan a trip for some of my friends from the Marines. None of them have ever been to an LSU game, so I obviously want to give them the full gameday experience. This of course means a full day of tailgating and a night game in Death Valley.

Is the strategy for best-guessing what games will be a noon-kick is to avoid the CBS game? See what week LSU has a home game and theres another, almost assuredly bigger SEC matchup? Isn't Texas A&M always a night game or am I making that up?

Thanks for the feedback and :geauxtigers: .

There’s also a (more recent) post like 3 threads down implying he’s not as pro-Bama as everyone thinks after his visit.
