The secret is the brine rinse. The customer says, "ooh, these are good and salty."

There is a science behind it so I would consider it a recipe.

Rinse your sack of oysters really well like you would crayfish. When the water runs clear, fill the ice chest up with water, add a bag or two of ice, and a box of table salt.

Let soak for a few hours and you will taste and see the difference

He actually was pretty funny last night. I might go see his standup.

RIP to America’s favorite principal. Bayside High will never forget.

I met him at Hooters on Siegen several years ago. He thought I was the manager and thanked me and praised the wonderful service.

He also played the P.E. Coach in "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" when Mac was trying to get him to molest him.

He was super nice.

wrestling was the bigger loss
LSU had a really good team in the 80's

In 1981, after the LSU vs Florida basketball game they had a wrestling match that me and my Dad stayed for. I was disappointed because it WASN'T "Mid-South" style wrestling.

But I did get Rudy Macklin's autograph and met Dale Brown as well left.

He was a total POS

I delivered parts for NAPA for a year and there are a lot of good shops in Baton Rouge, many already mentioned. All excellent choices.

To me that was the better option. I made a vow not to let that ruin my life...it's been other decisions I've made that did that ;)

Glad you watched. Other than the lightning, it was a cool experience .

Not a Donell fan. Sam was nice when I met him. He is always nice to the bucket pulls even if they suck.

Holy frick Jody. Spill the beans on what happened with the lightning strike that nearly fried you and Tim.

We thought it was going to be a light rain and we were going to finish the interview at a covered table. Then all hell broke loose, started to sideways rain and a lightning storm broke out.

A tree right next to us got struck. We didn't hear thunder, we heard lightning it was that close. Tim could smell the burnt wood.

Finally after about 35 minutes when the lightning let up while still pouring, we ran about a 1/4 mile back to our cars and finished up at Club 337.

Luckily, I brought 2 shirts so I was able to put on my Story Warz Hand Turkey shirt my mother got me for my birthday. It was crazy.

Glad you enjoyed the interview. The feedback has really been positive so that's nice.
