Not really.

Their record was awful because they lacked talent, but it was obvious fairly early on they were well-coached.

Then it was really obvious after firing Anthony Lynn and DC took over the play calling.

Basically your body and your mind learn how to play through things when you actually do it. Instead they sit all season whenever they have any discomfort or fatigue. Then in the playoffs when they play hurt or fatigued their body isn’t used to it and they suffer bad injuries like this Achilles tear.
