I had a chuck roast in the freezer that I needed to use, so I did slow cooker Italian beef sandwiches. Topped with provolone and giardiniera....

I made a baked potato soup, but it was too thin and somehow, too oniony, even though I love onions. I did eat a bowl, topped with bacon and chives, but not great.
I supplemented with vanilla Greek yogurt, topped with a drizzle of local orange blossom honey and some triple-berry granola. It hit ...

Salt Lick Spicy is my favorite.
I can't get in the grocery here in Tennessee like I could in Texas, so anytime my dude goes to Dallas for work I make him stuff a bottle in his boot for me....
Thanks, Darla! It was delicious.
My dude came home from a business trip tonight so I wanted him to have a home-cooked meal.
He ate at the airport
It's fine, it will keep.

I like livers but I can only eat like 2 before I'm done because they're so rich. My dude loves them so I just steal one of his when he orders them so I can get my fix, and my iron....
Damn. Those livers look amazing....

Hi (sort of) neighbor! We lived right on Main Street, opposite end of Oak street off the highway.
We moved there in 2021 and really liked it, but we ended up leaving for Tennessee last summer due to a change in jobs. ...

My Instant Pot doubles as a slow cooker, and I use it often.
Beef and broccoli is easy and delicious, as is pulled pork for sandwiches, or chicken soft tacos.
Egg Roll in a Bowl is a super simple, quick skillet dish packed with veggies, and you can add whatever you want to suit your tastes.

It's disgusting.
I get grossed out when parents post pictures of their toddlers with food all over the face. It's not cute, it's nasty. If a kid can't be cute with a filthy face, why on earth would I want to see a full-grown adult with a functional frontal lobe covered in grease and crumbs?

Soup and some form of grilled cheese sandwich is my ultimate comfort food. Looks great ...
