I'm a lefty tennis player and righty golfer. Got a cortisone shot and some rest helped. I do a lot of stretching during the week and take tylenol.
Not 100% but manageable. I overdid it playing tennis in the summer w/ league play and state. Old dude - 51 years old

If 10 handicap had to get 26 points - he got 30. next round he's shooting at 28 + 2

That +13 player would now be shooting at + 7.5 from his original number
